Both times I went in I've dealt with Joe and he's been extremely nice and very helpful. It was for 2 seperate tip repair/replacements and they did an excellent job and were very quick with the turnaround. I'll be recommending and going there for all of my future needs.

Xander went out of his way and stayed late to help us get the best deal we could on a pool table. Everyone was extremely helpful, offered suggestions and what would be the best fit for our needs. I'd already met Joe at other store locations, so I know he's a go-to person, but as usual, easy five stars. These folks really care about your experience and the product that ends up in your home. I get huge raves about my game room (pool, darts, ping pong top, and high chairs, to name a few) from guests, but I still plan to let the BF crew help me out with the home theater part in the future - I trust that they will never steer me wrong.

Just moved to town, and Daniel at the Grand Parkway location in Spring was courteous, showed me around, and answered all my questions. He matched me up with pool table, felt, pingpong convertible top, with caddy for storage, balls cues paddles. The process was seamless and fun. I take delivery tomorrow. Rack em!

Bought a pool table and Joe Elwood the store manager was very helpful and is very experienced and sorted out just what I needed and nothing was too much trouble for him... been into the shop many times for other items and always come away happy

This is our first time purchasing from Billiard Factory. I am huge fan of their customer service and delivery guys! Absolutely top notch people. Shelley at the 290 location was fantastic to work with. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for some game room fun!

A little unorganized in the pool cue section and the sales person you get might be one who doesnt know cues. Do your homework prior to going here. They get props for giving out discounts to veterans though.

I recently moved, so I had Billiard Factory come out to do a table installation. They have previously installed the same table 2 times in previous moves. After waiting an entire month for the installers to come out I was told within about 5 mins they could not install the table because it was not the correct hardware (the same hardware they installed in previous visits), this was after the first 4 mins were spent with the installers insulting my table, banging on the slate, then stripping one of the screws.Icing on the cake they charged me $100 fee since they came out!I was about to buy all new sticks from them, but after this experience I will never spend another dime with this company.Also, not a big deal to me but might to be to others, neither of the two installers ever were a mask.
