The all experience was great.
The sales person was super helpful and patient. The delivery guys were efficient, respectful and did not rush, answering our questions ( we are new at this :) )
The communication for the delivery was also good and the ability to track the truck is very helpful to get organized during the day, instead of having to be home just waiting.

They have a decent selection of cues for the brands they carry. They are missing some lower priced brands such as scorpion or action. Would love to see more brands. They are also more than a billiards store. They have almost any game you would want in your man cave or she-shed.

Top Notch. I needed a pool table moved from a second floor gameroom and delivered 90 miles south, reassembled, with new felt. Billiard Factory was on time, professional, and easy to work with. Will definitely use them again.

Jessie and Marcos were phenomenal! They showed up on time, were polite, and did a great job setting up our table. To top it off, they even helped me get my couch into the other room! I could not have moved that thing without their help. Such blessings. We will be using this location for all our billiard needs!!
