Great experience! Staff was able to help get the work done. I had already gone to three other tire places including Discount tire were they wasted almost 2 hrs of my time. BIGTEX had me back on the road under an hour. Thank you.

Been going here for years, and this will be my last time. Went in for a routine tire rotation/balance and came out with 4 scuffed rims. Called and let them know and they did not offer to do anything to make it right. Wild. 70$ to scuff my rims. Preciate it.

I have worked with the team at BIGTEX since 2013. Lift Kit, wheels and tires, brakes. I trust them and will continue to use them for all of my suspension work. I wish they would get into engines - I need a swap for my JK!

Great service at a good price. I got new shocks and struts as well as an upper control arm and ball joint replaced for about $2,000.

I am visiting from out of state, and hit the curb as I was turning towards this business. When I pulled into the parking lot, I had a flat tire with a golf ball sized hole in it. Mr. Maredia was incredibly helpful and even though the car I was driving was not what he normally services, he checked, and was able to replace the tire. He didn't overcharge me, he was very kind and helpful, and I appreciate that he helped me at all, as his shop was very busy and he could have told me to call for roadside assistance. If I lived in the area and had a truck, I would definitely use this shop because of the humanity and helpfulness of the manager, Mr. Maredia.

They get the job done quick and are professional. I gave them 4 stars because the exact same tires and model number were $200 cheaper at NTB. This place is probably great for having your truck lifted or Offroad vehicles worked on but not the cheapest place to get tires. I used them due to financing options being easier here than NTB.

These guys were great to work with! Very helpful in finding the new fog lights I needed for my Ford Ranger and very accommodating in getting the work scheduled and completed quickly on a Saturday. I'd definitely recommend them and will return to them for future truck needs.

Got my wife's 4Runner lifted and have had zero issues. Shaquille is awesome and their service is great. About to have my Tundra worked on as well.

Shakeel and your brother and all you hard working staff thanks guys keep up the great work. These guys have done excellent work on my 4Runner also on my f150 been going to them for the past 4years I highly recommend them if your planning to do mods on your 4x4 vehicle pricing is very reasonable, because it’s not cheap people other places are more expensive not going to mention them, but they can be very pricey.

Had a blow out and was trying to get truck to a Emergency Tree Service job to haul off. These guys were like a pit crew. They changed the tire to my Spear tire to get me there. Called later to let me know they put a new tire on rim and flat tire. This team of guys are Awesome. Thanks BigTex for helping me out.

I asked for tire wear advice. They gave it. I had a few differing opinions, as usual, with any problem. I went back and took their advice, and they were exactly correct. I definitely recommend them.
