Daniel is very kind. He explained details and process with great patience. My moving was not smooth, there were lots of accidents which made me exhausted. But Daniel and BigTex' facilities made this easier. Choosing BigTex is a correct decision!

I have used Big Texas Storage - Montrose for several years. The security of the facility is EXCELLANT and was a great piece of mind. The cleanliness of the facility is top notch. The staff is excellent, courteous, and very responsive to questions. I highly recommend Big Tex if you have storage needs!!

Staff is amazing! Very professional and helpful! They made very easy and the place is secure! My storage unit at Public Storage on Westheimer next to Raising Canes was broken into 2 times!! No people are there just a Kiosk!!! Big Tex is great - live humans helping you!!!! Very happy!

We were doing some remodeling at our place and needed a place to store dining and living room furniture for a couple of months so we went down the street to Big Tex on Richmond / Woodhead.
Danny was amazing and very efficient in showing us options and listening to what we thought we needed. The options provided by him were great! He transferred our online signed contract to provide us a more suitable size room for our needs. I definitely recommend the place which was very clean, properly monitored and near to our house.
