Big lot's prices have gotten so high it's not cheaper then Walmart or any other stores it's not the discount store it used to be. Just go to Walmart at the same prices now I see why it was so empty and gives you a 20% off coupon for you to come back it's still not worth it. More of a waste of time

Do not go here. If I could give a zero I would . Normally don’t entertain this but would hate for someone to have to go through what I did . I made a purchase in Jan 19th 24 at 8:49pm ( mind you store closed at 9pm) also keep in mind at the time there was no one inside store besides me making purchase manager on duty and cashier . Fast forward I left my phone in the cart ( in front of the counter where cameras face ) the phone magically gets legs and walks sways coincidentally at the time the employees leave and close out store ….. I come the next morning to attempt to see footage and make a police report … and after awaiting 6 hours for HPD to show up they say yes they seen my phone and saw employee take the car to an area where ( clearly they knew cameras did not see that spot ) and when comes back out you don’t see my phone and therefore since anyone can see what occurred no charges were filed against the employee because they didn’t physically see her putting it on her person due to the cameras not seeing that part however video showed my phone magically disappeared and I winded up with numerous fraudulent charges and a whole phone which I use work to replace . I contacted corporate numerous times and made the location numerous times and even referred to the online form the website refers you to and it’s now February 6,2024 and nothing has been done . Big lots DM managers have done nothing and no accountability from anyone to this day. Needless to say, everyone has just turned the blind eye as it does not involved them personally. Hope everyone has a better experience and be careful. If they did this and nothing has been done ain’t no telling what has been swept under the rug. ( excuse the typos ) ( wrote said review via phone ) !!!! Shout out to Manager Milton whom was very helpful despite of being limited actually showed great customer service … but store manger Dexter , loss prevention Laura and DM Ron weren’t able to answer anything or give any updates . Clearly we know the police force can only do so much but you would think since this happened in their premises something would have give but nopeeeeeee… if it’s not a major crime everyone else’s everything slide which is why we are where we are … slowly regressing and not progressing

They almost always have everything I need. The only time they don't is when they have super sales and other customers beat me to the punch but that rarely happens. Staff is friendly and patient too.
