My 2 year toddler won't be attending your daycare any more. It had been an awful experience with y'all. I was surprised to see them watching TV all day. I thought daycare has no TV policy. It felt like I was sending him to watch TV over there. Also, there were no efforts by the teacher towards feeding baby. I don't know how they were absolutely okay for a kid not eating and standing at one place all day! Zero communication and interaction with the parents. Y'all has truly traumatized my kid! Thank God I trusted my instincts and changed his daycare!Please train your teachers! Thanks!

i recently put my kids into this daycare and i had high hopes for them, the first week alone was horrible, they have camera access and i got to see a " teacher" hit one of the kids bed and push him off the bed and leave him on the floor she did this to several kids. On top of that they have the WHOLE daycare fall asleep for 3 hours. i will not be going back to this daycare.

I was driving this morning around 8:15 and there’s a lady driving a van, thankfully no kids, but it was well know that it was this company. She was speeding in a school zone I kid you not. Then ran a read light.She was also using her phone while driving. I wouldn’t even recommend just the fact that there drivers are not educated with driving. Imagine if she was doing all this while your kid was in t he car. I also tried calling the school while if was happening and nobody picked up. Ain’t that a place.

This had been long awaited, I have tried to be understanding and patience with the staff and owner here and feel I have gone above and beyond as a parent and put my daughter's safety in danger being kind. My impression and was told there is a curriculum and weekly updates, that came and went..i would bring in what's requested but never saw it in art works, I contribute, but didn't see anything. I put money in for art cause they request it, but it came back with a construction paper and someone else's drawing, my daughters name misspelled on her papers multiple times..not 1 or 2 times MULTUPLE! And before you say I'm over reacting.. I was in a childcare program in highschool, worked as a childcare assistant in college, and then had my own nanny, care service before I had my daughter so I know the struggles and in and outs. Yet, I try to be understanding, but I am astonished at how and why actions that should be taken are neglected. I had my daughter here and and she started to lose her personal items, come home with bruises and in sync down her thigh, and dried snot around her nose, hands not clean sticky and smells, using brooms to sweep tables etc. I would come and ask how her days were and would get conflicting responses or information that was not true seeing how I have camera access. I would have to choose my battles on what to being up and what not to. I tried to speak and have a honest relationship with the staff cause my daughter is in their care and I tried to be more than cordial but it was taken for advantage. 1 month and a half shy if my daughter turning 3 was in the toddler 2s and had her finger shut on infected and broken. To make matters worst my daughter tells me exactly who did it and does not make up stories I ask her I series of question or she tells me and the story does not change. The teacher was negligent and had the audacity to not be honest nor own up to what had happened in her care. Did not admit or seem a bit empathetic that a child was harmed under her supervision of 3 other children. The excuse from the center was she didn't cry. Yet she said she shut the door completely 2 or 3 days so later. There was no action or responsibility taken no write up with consequences or actions for continuing education just moved to the next room which was the 3 year old and that's where my daughter was going to move to. There was no action no letter of apology for not being honest or how is your daughter doing no emotions or empathy towards her actions. I'm livid that people can be staffed and not be held accountable for their actions and even more upset that my daughter is traumatized and it shifted the whole family and burdened us with even more unnecessary issues that could have been avoided. Multiple doctors and orthopedic visits, loss of jobs, mentally stabilizing my daughter and myself and family because of the neglect and ruthless actions. It's one thing when things happened but it's another when I see the individual and she does not ask of the wellbeing or had any action on her it makes me wonder why my daughter always stated that she was the one the course of events happened with. I have recordings of my daughter sitting up crying cause her blanket and bedsheets were not on her cot ,but the admin was on the phone with another staff and just staring at my daughter..multiple times I had to call in cause i was seeing my daughter sad or upset with her body language and if you know my daughter that's out of character for her she's helpful and obedient. I can go on and on about what we experienced, but the fact of the matter is there needs to be Justice served for the lack of accountability for the actions that were and were not given.

I love the staff they are always so welcome with open arms, and willing to help with anything and try to offer assistance. The whole entire staff truly cares for all of the kids even when other kids are at there worst, the staff surely is trained on how to tend to every kids needs. At Big Dreams they have the best Directors and assistants!!! You guys ROCK

Love this daycare!!! My kids have been attending for almost a year, and they are learning so much. One of my kids is autistic and is doing so well. The staff is so nice, caring, and patient with him. I was so sketchy about daycare but they have camera access and are very informative. I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking for somewhere to send your kids.

My little one has been going for about 4 months and how they have helped him blossom is amazing! The staff are always helpful and informative with things your child does in class and how they are with others. I so so so so recommend this wonderful daycare . I feel as at ease to be able to check on him whenever I want. Everyone treats the kids as if the kids are their own! I absolutely love it and so does my son!

daycare stinks ! literally! it has a weird odor. they never kept up with my child things. Everyday i picked him up i had to wait til they found something he came with. my child got two bite marks within two weeks and we were never notified when both incidents happened. they had little helpers trying to put kids to sleep and if it wasn’t for the camera access we wouldn’t have seen the kid helper flipping my son & pushing his head down into the mat and the teacher was right there ! And didn’t even apologize when i called and told her about it . her answer was “ that was 15 minutes ago “ WOW Everyday he came home with new scratches. we also seen all the kids in one classroom being cleaned w/the same wipe . Disgusting!! Gave 2 stars because of the camera access .

Big Dreams Is Amazing, I moved to the area recently and went through 3 daycares trying to find my children a home away from home. And Big Dreams is a PERFECT fit! Every teacher there shows that they love their jobs. They actually teach the students and the cherry on top is that they have parents access to the cameras to check in on your little ones as much as you like. Thank you for making my heart feel full and our children safe!!

I love Big Dreams! My one year old son Phoenix has been there since he was 6 months old and I can tell he has fun there. I love that this place is close to my job and the teachers and Mrs Hema knows all the children’s names and really care about them. My son is always happy when I watch him on the camera and he always smiles when we walk in the door in the morning and sees everyone. Knowing that my son is being well taken care, is happy and that I can see him on my phone thru the camera anytime is very important for me.

Big Dreams is such a wonderful daycare compared to others. I took my two year old out of her old daycare that was a learning center as well due to the fact I felt they were not teaching her anything like they claim to have and I was so happy once I found Big Dreams. I love that they have camera access I work at a Dealership as an advisor so when I'm at my desk I get to watch my my 2 children on the cameras all day while I work and that gives me peace in mind knowing I can see how they are being cared for. My 1st daughter who is two years old is enrolled here and also my five month old baby who is in the infant room. My two year old has been going here for about 9months now and she has learned so much in such a little time she can say her ABC's she can count to 15 and knows all her colors and they helped so much in potty training her as well. The teachers work very hard on helping them learn and providing also structure.The staff is really friendly and even the Owner & Director are very hands on with the students and children various times they have taken the time to make way to the infant room where my 5month is at and make time to also read them books and show them flash card and I think that's just awesome. If there is any issues that you have about your children and the care they are receiving that you don't feel comfortable about they work hard to quickly resolve it. The staff is so friendly and the Teachers are so awesome and are always doing new things to help the children learn and for me that's what I look for in a daycare one that will provide wonderful loving child care for my 2 little girls and one that also provides academics and helps the children learn. So thank you so much Big Dreams for providing such wonderful child care to my 2Girls. Parents If your looking for a Daycare I highly recommended giving Big Dreams Learning Center a chance they are truly awesome!!

My two daughters have been going to Big Dreams since January 2017. My 10 and a half month old began attending since she was 6 weeks. My other daughter since she was 3. I was nervous leaving my infant because she was so little. But the staff at Big Dreams love my girls as if they were theirs. They have always gone out of the way to help meet my needs which says a lot about them. Not many daycares out there will make accommodations for the parents and their children. My now 4 year old loves her "school" as she calls it. She gets upset if I pick her up too early because she enjoys being there. You know you have chosen the right place when your children are always happy to go and sad when it's time to leave. Big Dreams cares about their children, the owner is always on top of their needs and looking at ways she can better service their needs or make the daycare better. Thank you Big Dreams for loving and caring for my daughters while I am at work.

My family and I are very grateful and blessed to have been recommended to this daycare. My 2 year old has been enrolled for about 5 months now, and she loves it! She went from being taken care of by her Grandma to being in daycare, it was a big change and it took some time for her to like it because of obvious reasons but now she wakes up happy ready for “school” and she’s always talking about her teachers, friends and all the fun activities she does. The teachers have helped us alot with potty traiting and have taught my daughter so many things. They give you access to the cameras through an app, which has always given us peace of mind and it just makes our day to see our daughter dancing and learning from our phones. The place is always clean, organized and all the ladies are very nice and sweet, even the owner is very involved with the kids. I highly recommend Big Dreams.

My kids have been attending Big Dreams for 6 months. We moved from a different state and I was looking for a new childcare. The first day I went to observe this school, I was greeted with smiling faces. The owner is AWESOME!!! She is very adept about childcare, involved with the children's emotional and educational needs. Also, She is very hands on.My son is very shy and smart within 3 weeks he was writing and spelling his name. Furthermore, he had mastered letter sounds. As a parent I was extremely impressed. The teachers incorporate every subject into the kids daily activities. For example: science kids grew plants. My daughter is in the infant room. The infant teachers are " Super Teachers". They are so attentive to all the little ones.I could go on and on about this academy. My experience as well as my kids has been great. If you are looking for childcare with loving, caring and professional staff, Big Dreams is the place.
