This was a nice visit with my mom looking for a specific item.I know nothing about computer lingo, so I looked for an employee who might help with what she wanted - sure enough! A nice manager who has been working with Best Buy for a long while knew exactly what she needed...A ' floppy disc'? Who knew? She knew!!?

The service was exceptional, especially when we've visited on a few occasions with not much help as far as knowledgeable employees.This visit was great,and the manager was very helpful and actually giggled at my mother's explanation of floppy disc..
