The absolute worst experience I've ever had in a store. I picked up a pair of Sony ear buds thinking they were the ones my son wanted. I waited on my son to text me back to let me know if I had the correct item or not. Turns out, they are not the right ones. I set them down on the Sony display and proceeded to the door. An employee jumps in between the myself and the door and asked about the headphones I had picked up. I told him I had set them down. He asked me to show him where. I walked back to the Sony display and showed him. The man never apologized and didn't say another word to me. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

I received bad treatment in this store, I went to buy a phone and in the box there was a wrong phone, instead of giving me the phone that had to be in the box, they accused me of having exchanged the phone, no employee helped me, and The manager treated us very badly, he had no interest in fixing the problem, even though we cooperated to solve it. They kept the money but they still do not want to give me the mobile, the mobile that was in the box is the one they say we brought before entering the store, before even leaving the store we asked to be searched and they did not do it. A very bad experience, which has left me emotionally bad. I hope that Best Buy can resolve this injustice and that they can give me the phone because they already have the money. A problem that could have been solved very well, because we had not left the store yet, The entire incident happened inside the store because at no time did I leave the store and when I realized that it was not the phone I immediately went to the store's costumer services, but they treated me and my companion badly, and we showed them the phones that we had. we ourselves brought, and we ask that it be searched us, and we did not have backpacks or purses. Best Buy I hope they take action in this situation. Because apparently your employees were not interested in the truth but in getting us out of the store and keeping the money.
