I recently visited Best Buy and had an outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the various product options and ensuring I found exactly what I needed. The store was well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The checkout process was quick and efficient, and the customer service was top-notch. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service and the quality of the products available. I highly recommend Best Buy for all your electronics and appliance needs. I look forward to returning for my future purchases.

We went in as a last resort but we're pleasantly surprised by the sales guy. It was for a small electronic part but he was very patient. It cost more than other retailers or online but worth it

I walked into the store to look for a new smart watch. There was a loss prevention employee and a security guard standing near the exit door talking to each other. I looked at the watches for around 15 minutes, and not a single employee came to help me, so I decided to leave. The security guard and loss prevention employee told me to have a good day on my way out. The level of ignorance it takes to do that is almost laughable.
