Best Buy has absolutely gone down hill. If you want to buy a washing machine or a Peleton or a tooth brush or an electric bike, then maybe it's worth stopping in. Nothing about the layout makes sense. It's impossible to find anything. And the most elusive thing to find is someone ready to help you.

Needed new streaming device. Knew what I wanted. Non-sales person tried to help. Got to cashier with incorrect item. A very helpful cashier got me the right thing. Yay!

Customer Service sucks in the Appliance Department. This is getting out of hand. I was ignored and not helped. Smh. It was best to leave and stay positive. People just standing around and rolling their eyes. Demons are at this location.

Met Kasey while I weared an overtly political shirt (showcasing Donald Trump with middle fingers and the caption "impeach this") he was really nice and even laughed at my dumb shirt. Happy to see we have freedom of expression in America!

The front of the house Viktor was very rude and didn't even bother to listen to what I was looking for. Alls I asked for was an android adapter for an aux cord. He proceeded to show me to the wrong aisle and leave me looking for products that didn't match the description. He then went over to another worker and laughed and talked about how i worded the product. Only 3 feet away from me! After 15 minutes I asked another sales associate and they easily showed me where I could find it with a smile. If your looking for help don't ask viktor

Great location with easy access coming from Beltway 8 or I-10. It is one of their larger stores and usually has many of their popular products in stock. It has the pick up boxes available if you quickly want to get small items and service has always been very good.
