I took my Pet, good care, very respectful, good Cleaning, but that is not everything, the important thing is to heal the pet, I went and they sent me some medicine for the pet and it was 120 dollars and the Dog was relieved, but she continued with what Same, they have to be more specific for the treatment or they do it so that they go a second time and more expense, from the first time the medication has to be removed, and I don't remove it, expense and expense and it doesn't improve ??????? ?

I have the utmost confidence in the care my dogs receive at BRAC: The staff is great, and thank you, Dr. T., Dr. B., Rosa, Sarai, Chris and America. I know that Eli and Pinky Dee are always in skilled and caring hands when they are at Bellaire Richmond!

Very opportunists with the health of pets, they only think about charging and doing check-ups to get paid and that you have to return, they never give a solution to the pet's illness when it should be the exception... They are very hypocritical and try to hold you responsible for the health of your dog looking for absurd excuses to justify his profit,,,that is, if I go and pay for help, what I deserve is adequate health for my dog,,not stupid excuses or trying to make you feel worse than you already do You are there for your pet, I do not accept justifications when you are paying a high value and they charge you because they are very expensive, with stupid excuses and when you detect them and complain they no longer have an excuse and they do not listen because they are busy but to charge you if they are available ,,I found another clinic for my dog that gave her a solution for less,, while my dog suffered here I lost time, money and they made me angry,,,ah and don't try to contact me, there is no justification,,,

If I could give zero to this clinic, I would give it to them, they are very opportunistic with sick pets, they try to get every last cent from you and they do not provide a solution to the pet's illness so that you are forced to return and pay for everything again, no. They have no compassion or humanity...I took my Germán Shepherd 2 times and the same thing happened to him with double spending without a solution, they wanted to give my dog a stomach illness to force me to buy the diet food they sell and my dog didn't. She needed, thank God, she recovered without needing anything they invented,, then the same thing, my dog had fleas, I checked her out and they sent antibiotics and there was no solution, they wanted me to come back again to pay for everything, I don't think she will fall anymore,,o Either they are very opportunistic, it is not the question of paying but of solving the disease of a small animal that depends on you. Oh and the receptionist hangs up the phone on you, she has no professional ethics or education to provide customer service, total incompetence ????
