Poor services, very rude, lying. Go to pick up CD image according to pre-calling order and time, but I was told that must wait 2 hours based on their policy. She said "I am the manager, Daisy" then she was keeping on saying not to let you say anything. She said she help me for 2 hours waiting, or may be longer. It should be No Star.

Called and was told to hold, she hung up the phone. Called back, no one answered-on hold over 10 minutes. Then was disconnected. I was very upset!! Called again, was able to explain that my doctor submitted a referral 5/21/2024 for a MRI & I had not heard from them for an appointment. I heard her complain to a coworker about patients calling about appointments. She found my referral and gave me an appointment for the same day. The reason I would come back was Dr. Lee. He was extremely thorough and explained the entire process. He was very respectful. Not a fan of one of the office staff members, but maybe the office manager could speak to her. You know the one....

I came in to get an X-ray done and my doctor had told me you can just walk in. So I did the first thing the girl did before saying hello was check her watch it was about 4:15. She gave me the paperwork and asked my my Identification then she gives me a paper with out of pocket being highlighted and tells me to sign it. I let her know I had insurance and she told me they didn’t cover my insurance but hadn’t even asked for the insurance card. I mentioned that and she asked to see it and then still said they didn’t cover it even though they were in the network which made no sense . I asked for the price she told me it would be 75 dollars for each knee and i said okay thank you let me call my insurance company. I called the company and they once again gave me the same place as part of the network. I called the next morning and let them know my insurance said they were in the network and the lady hung up on me. I then went to somewhere else and got it done. They either don’t want clients or could care less about service. Luckily i went to simonmed and they were great. Nice clean offices and not the dusty old smell that this office has.

I just had an amazing session with John Lee, who is both knowledgeable and patient. he took so much time and care to explain my scans and made sure not to over hype anything while also keeping an eye on potential issues. Highly recommend!

I called to see if they did the tests that I was prescribed. they said yes we do. Perfect. I was told a price, that was reasonable.Get to my appt, very nice, but then was told the price was wrong. I said ok no problem. My results never got to my doctor and after several attempts , they were sent. My dr calls me back and says I still need one more test. so bottom line this place after saying they did what the prescription says turns out they can only do 1 exam, not both. Which makes no sense after I was told they did it. I mean they had the prescription so why not say they could not do one. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay more money.

I took my father in law to the clinic for an MRI, the staff was very helpful with the process. However there was a long wait time. There were a few patients waiting in the waiting room so I can overlook the long wait time. Other than that the staff are great and the technician was able to speak Vietnamese which was a key concern for our family. She was able to assist him through the examination. All in all we were very satisfied with the visit.

I was supposed to have a scheduled appointment for two X-Ray tests at 4:45 pm today. When I arrived, I told an Asian lady (at age 30-40) at the front desk that I had an appointment at 4: 45 pm. She said: "I know, but now it was too late, it was already at 5:00 pm... " I checked the time on my cell phone right away, which showed 4: 54 (I was 9 minutes late). I explained to her that I was late because traffic was bad today... The lady said that she understood but it was too late, I missed the time .... So I asked her if what she meant that I would not have an appointment... She answered affirmatively, indicating that because I was late... the (x-ray) machine had been shut off...I said, as a medical facility, you knew you had a patient coming on her way to your facility for medical test, you did not even bother to call her (right after she missed the appointment time) to check, and just shut down the machine? She appeared not very happy on what I said. She claimed that she called me. I told her that I have never received her call... Anyway, this lady walked away...My fault was I did not bother to ask the facility's phone # when I stopped by and dropped off my prescriptions yesterday. Otherwise, I would be able to call them for my late arrival. - I was recommended to this facility by my family doctor whose office was located on the 2nd floor in the same building.This is my first time to encounter such poor service (poor communication) in a medical facility!

An absolute mess at this place. Called to schedule an appointment, they asked me to send in pictures of my insurance and doctor's note to a phone number WHICH they did not even care to look at until I come in for the appointment. Not only that, when I did come in for my appointment, they said my appointment didn't even exist on the date and time I scheduled. I got cut-off by 2 people because there was no signs to tell people who come in to sign-in. Hence, I will not coming in for my appointment and find some other place that is not here. Thanks!

They. Saved. My. Dad's. Life. In 2019, (yes I've been busy), went in for an ultrasound of his kidneys. And about 6-7 min in, the tech stops and excuses herself. A few min later, a Dr walks in and they look and whisper and he walks out. She tells us to wait a minute. Dr comes back and asks who is my dad's PCP, so I gave him the name and number. 5 min later he walks back in and says, my dad's Dr wants me to take my dad to the emergency right away and he was going to contact the them. My dad had a aneurysm in his aorta and had to have a stent out in. He was 83 at the time so it was an emergent situation. Thankfully, it was detected in time. We have been here a few times before this and they were always very pleasant. Sometimes there was a short wait but the workers were always nice. I only have praise for them.

I would just talk about my experience , the turn around was quick and the process smooth. I would like to very much thank everyone involved from the triage personnel to the tech in the back room, you people were awesome , thank you so very much.

After I signed in I was going to show my prescription but was interrupted rudely by an old Asian receptionist behind the counter and order me to sit down and wait. I waited for more than one hour and then asked a young receptionist and was told they do not do mammogram. Their rude attitude and ignorance towards patients is not acceptable.
