Not only did I find the most beautiful and perfect bridesmaids dresses for my wedding, but I got excellent service with Bella Bridesmaids. From our original consultant, Erin, to everyone who helped us during the process, they were kind, responsive, and helpful. I live in a different city than their locations, as does most of my bridesmaids. They helped us with measurements and were excellent in responding and helping us resolve issues when they arose. I strongly recommend them!

Overall, an average experience. The owner seemed great but the sales team we dealt with didn’t seem to be trained very well. Each time I went in for an appointment we were rushed out at the end. They truly couldn’t be bothered to answer a couple questions and clearly had somewhere better to be. The sales persons shared conflicting information about fit, sizing, and prices of dresses and didn’t seem to know what they were talking about. And the entire reason I chose Bella Bridesmaids was so my bridesmaids could get measured and order a dress that was closest to their size and not have to blindly guess ordering online. However, they recommended 3 of my bridesmaids order the wrong sizes. They had to completely reorder one bridesmaids dress cause it was too small. And two dresses were SO big they fell off my bridesmaids when they received them. Thankful I started the process so early or it would’ve been a nightmare. Overall, it got the job done and my bridesmaids looked beautiful but the customer service wasn’t there. I will say my maid of honor received a lot of help from the owner. She seemed very knowledgeable and took the extra step to communicate directly with the dress designer.
Also, their online portable was a tad confusing. Wish they would have spent some time showing me how to use it when I was in for one of my appointments so I could help my bridesmaids. Especially because once something is order there are no changes. I was paying for my bridesmaids dresses and was told I could do it on the portal. But I missed a step before my bridesmaids ordered, and they said there was nothing they could do to make changes in their portal.

At our appointment it felt like we were on our own. I was helping my bridesmaids clip their dresses and hang them up. No one explained the process of ordering through the shop and that I needed to create an online account. Communication overall was just not great. The sizes they measured us for were not all accurate and ended up in one of my bridesmaid having to order another dress. And the no returns policy is a bit ridiculous since the dresses are not altered at that point and if you order right from the designers they did allow them to be returned for a restocking fee.

All my girls had good experiences here. A few of them ended up having significantly large dresses based on the sizes ordered by the representative and required tailoring.

We order dresses here and all the girls were measured at the store but just the designer Jenny Yoo all dresses were too big. This designer should be off the store racks since it cost more to get altered dresses come super big. It sucks that we sign contract and the dresses are not fitted correctly and come big even after getting measured.

I am a bridesmaid in a NY wedding. The bride visited a Bella Bridesmaids location in NY and created a virtual showroom for all bridesmaids to order our dresses online together. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online with Bella Bridesmaids in Houston to try on the dress options that the bride selected. My appointment was extremely quick and easy. The associate at the store had all 5 dresses out and ready for me to try on, and she measured me at the end of my appt so I could order my dress size in the virtual showroom. The only odd thing about the appt, is that she measured me over my sweater and jeans, resulting in a predicted dress size of a 6 (I am always anywhere between a 0-4 / XS-S in dresses, including my own wedding dress). I ended up going on the higher end of my typical size and ordered a 4. Hopefully it fits!

My bridesmaids and I went twice for appointments, and everything seemed fine at first. All dresses were ordered on the same date (the date that their staff told us to order them). After not hearing anything for 3 months, I finally emailed to ask about at ETA on their arrival. They "magically" received them the next morning. So really, the dresses had been sitting there in a box for who knows how long, when they should have been getting necessary alterations done. They did not have the color of our dresses in store; only a swatch. All of my BMs are saying that the dresses are thin and see-through and if they wear anything under it, it is very visible. My MOH called them to seek advice and ask why the sample dresses in store are thicker and have more lining than the ones they got. MANAGER NATALIE instantly got defensive, yelled at her, and said that we knew exactly what we were getting because they're the exact same. She also called my MOH a liar and said that they have always had the color we got in store as a sample dress, when they did not have it either time we went. You will be wasting your time and money if you go here.

I don't recommend purchasing a made to order dress if you don't have to. Purchase directly online from designer where you can return if you're unhappy or have an issue. Months after ordering my made to order dress it turned out too big & long and I have to spend more than if I could've returned for a smaller size. Also, pay attention to how the sample lays because these silky dresses have seamed cups that will be visible through the thin fabric. Specifically Jenny Yoo.

I would NEVER recommend this store to any bride/bridal party. I will preface this by saying that I've never left a bad review on any business, but the service at this store was APPALLING! When I visited the store I didn't have an appointment (my mistake) but we had drove an hour into town so we stopped anyway. The sale associate let us in the store to look at dresses since they are one of the few stores in Houston that carry Jenny Yoo. We found a dress we liked and since the store was COMPLETELY empty I asked if I could try it on. The associate said that since I didn't have an appointment I would have to come back another day (drive another hour to try on ONE dress). I then asked to speak to a manager to see if there was any way they would accomodate us and give us 10 minutes to try on ONE dress in a completely EMPTY store. The manager (Bria) came down from upstairs and I once again asked if we could please try on the dress to avoid driving another hour. Her response was a very RUDE no because we "didn't have an appointment" and all the associates had "tasks to complete upstairs." I even tried to explain to her that we live very far away, but she didn't seem to care to meet the needs of her customers. I've visited many bridal stores in Houston and other cities and have never had such a HORRIBLE experience as I had at Bella Bridesmaids. They have a complete disregard for customer service and I'm happy to take my money elsewhere!!
