Greeting at the store was great! Of course so they can make a sale! But this place has disappointed me greatly! I bought over $6K in furniture to find out 9 months later of the cheap material these items are made out of. We bought some leather/vinyl couches and started to notice some peeling on the headrest area. We called Bel Furniture and the next day was told it was our fault due to exposure to sunlight (sure! We have a retractable roof at our house) or we probably used a chemical to clean them! Uuumm dont you think if we used a chemical our entire couch would have been peeling?!!!!!! Then to make it worse, these werent even the couches we had ordered! The ones we ordered had been obsolete and the sales girl did not know until we received the couches. I will be taking this up to corporate.
