This business has a great selection of luxury furniture in Houston. Lydia Meeks, design consultant, not only makes great suggestions, but also, she is attuned to the goals of the design project. Lydia is both capable and helpful. I would describe her style as solution focused rather than sales focused, which will always get you to the finish line sooner. Great experience!

Raven is an amazing designer. We are building and furnishing a house that is out of state, which makes things a bit complicated. Raven took the time to understand our project as well as how we intend to live in the home. She then meticulously vetted each piece of furniture that we selected for size and fit as well as color and texture. Although the furniture has arrived, the house is not quite ready, but we look forward to move in day. No doubt we will feel right at home.BeDESIGN has an incredible selection of quality furniture. The fabrics and finishes might be overwhelming for untrained eyes like ours, but Raven helped us navigate all of our options. I’m excited to finish our project!

When I visited BeDESIGN Houston for the very first time, I was warmly welcomed. I was working on a project in Portland, OR and needed to see samples of materials for a Maxalto sofa. Raven not only helped me peruse the many amazing materials offered, but made sure to assist me with everything I needed moving forward. When Raven wasn’t available, Mario jumped right in to assist! I have been in great hands ever since. What a magical showroom and team over there! Looking forward to working with them again.

The BeDesign showroom offers a highly curated mix of some of the finest European furnishings available. This is what Houston has been missing for so many years. The opportunity to experience such storied brands in person and displayed in vignettes both sparked my imagination and helped me envision how certain pieces could be integrated into my new home. Daniel Crocker is a joy to work with and the rest of the team proved invaluable by always providing new ideas, viewpoints, and solutions. This really is a high level creative laboratory for those who appreciate furnishings as functional artworks and seek to integrate timeless beauty into their daily lives. Spend an hour or immersed in this showroom and you will find a way to make it happen.

This review is solely based on customer satisfaction.September of 2022 I stopped by this establishment with my family as we were looking for new furniture pieces for our new home. We were introduced to Raven and she spoke to us about several pieces all which were designed beautifully. Being that each piece is beautifully made and exquisite, we kept in contact with Raven for little over a month deciding which pieces we would purchase. If no less that 3 days went by, she would email us to make sure we were still making the purchase. Respond times from her were very quick.We made our purchase in Oct 2022 with the understanding that our first shipment would have an estimated arrival time for Dec -Jan and our second and final shipment for Late March.The 1st shipment arrived in Feb and we still have not received the 2nd shipment and it’s almost June. When they arrived for the 1st shipment, they brought in the wrong color for one of the pieces and tried to assure US it was correct. We have emails showing what we ordered so that was our 1st… annoyance. We completely understand that items get back ordered but when we pointed out the frustration of having the lack of transparency, we were still met with days in between emails× we called where Raven wasn’t in office and no one to help but her despite the fact they supposedly have a dept that handles customer issues.Bottom line after the sale was made, we would go almost a week in response to some of our emails with questions. We were very understanding of them, hence why we have not put up a review for so long. At this point, we will not be making another purchase and will find a competitor with better customer service.
