I purchased a pack of Empire 613 Yaki 10” for $57.36 . Thank God they only had 1 pack I needed 2 . So I went across the street to the beauty supply next door to Fiesta and purchased the same hair $15 cheaper. So then I went back to Beauty Empire to see if they would price match and give me $ 15 back . They said no , so now that I see how you price gouge I will never purchase anything in any of your stores . And i would advise anyone else not to

I give this a one star bc before it was this wig my mama want it but the didnt have any so she wat about the obe on the maniquinn and the girls said its i think she said 20 or 10% off but still go be the same price but my mama was tryna ask them and they caught in attitude with her so i went in i draged her out the store and beat her tf up bc who are u talking to like that

Customer Service needs work they will see you in there waiting for someone to help you with Bundle hair or the hair on the tracks and will not come help you or sit there behind the counter and just look at you . You have to go back up to the register and ask for help or just ask them for help .

One worker was just staring at me down isle, so I asked where's the henna hair product, she said all the dye hair products are on that Isle. Then she started laughing what the other workers because the question I asked. I simply walked out I will not give my business to this establishment.
