Literally just came from there. I understand people steal and try to do mean things but they literally followed me and watched me because I was taking my time to look at the wigs. Everyone but the black lady who I believe is African gave me nasty looks and nasty attitude. I understand I spent a lot of time but I don’t wear wigs so I wanted to make sure I got the right one. I then went to the front to call my boyfriend for the money to purchase and more following and nasty looks. So I just stormed out because if you don’t KNOW I’m stealing why act like it. It’s literally security soon as you walk in. How can someone steal and get out the door? So I’m going somewhere else. Btw the wigs aren’t worth it. If your looking for something natural try somewhere elseLmaooo. So I guess they got the black woolen to do it this time. Please get better security systems while yall were following me the other young lady stole lashes ????

I am a regular at this place. The only reason I found out about this place was because I got treated so poorly at another beauty supply store. They leave you alone here. They have a great selection. The staff is very polite and helpful. They act like they appreciate you.Please keep these things in mind....1. Don't go in there with bags, backpacks or large purses. You will be asked to leave them upfront, so just don't bring them.2. If you plan to try on wigs, purchase a wig cap as soon as you get there. Even if you already have a brand new wig cap on, they will still require you to get a new wig cap. They cost 50 cents. Do yourself a favor and walk in with 50 cents and buy a wig cap as soon as you come in. That's a great way to build a relationship with them.3. They will not allow you to try on wigs all day long. Especially if they don't know you. Look around, and find FIVE wigs that you want to try on. Look everywhere FIRST. Then chose FIVE wigs and try them on. They leave me alone, because they know me and they KNOW I'm not there to mess around. I have been there a million times.4. If you want to see what a packaged wig looks like, take it to the cashier and ask her to open it for you. Don't open wigs on the sales floor.I love this place. The Hispanic male manager is very very nice, but he does not allow any foolery in there. I love the location on Westheimer & Dairy Ashford as well.

Called to see if they sold bold hold lace glue remover. They sell the product however upon asking price, they stated they do not give prices over the phone.........only reason I asked because I was sending my sister to buy it for me. I hate going to a store unprepared, its not that serious. Won't be shopping here.

Variety of sales on braiding hair, wigs, and crochet hair. There is inside security . Staff needs to adjust their attitude to positive with a warm smile.

i went to this location last week to search for a hair product. they didn’t have what i was looking for so i decided to head out the store. as i was about to leave the store, i see this male owner watching a black woman from the distance. i followed his eyes and everything, and he was most definitely staring at the black woman hard core. so i approached the woman to let her know that the male owner was watching her. then i left out of the store. PSA?: DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU’RE A PERSON OF COLOR, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE BLACK. they will treat you like a criminal as you’re casually trying to shop.
