Great place to get tires and alignment. Beat the wait and the cost. Friendly staff and techs. Had to go back for a small readjustment for the alignment but immediately got it fixed with no problems. P.s. I'm suuuper picky on my alignments, I will definitely go back for the next one.

They TOTALED our vehicle! Came in for a power steering pump change. The mechanic improperly tried to remove the high pressure line using only one wrench, when 2 are required to prevent damage, and transferred the force to the mount and snapped it off! THEY BROKE IT OFF THE ENGINE BLOCK! Dave, the owner, tried saying it's an old vehicle. Oh well! No understanding of what happened and refused to help. Weeks go by, and he eventually called his insurance, and they total the vehicle. Another month goes by and it's picked up and hauled off for salvage. The owner, Dave, is completely hostile through this process, and i threatened to get a lawyer, and he finally called his shop insurance. DO NOT COME HERE. THE MECHANICS LACK BASIC SKILLS AND THE OWNER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!

Update: after writing this review I have been going in Beasley Tire in Kingwood for two years and they for the most part did a good job. Well last week I went in and had such a BAD customer service experience with Aldo. As I have always done in the past I left my keys for a oil change and tire rotation, and Ray who is no longer there would call me and give me a price and tell me about anything else that needs to be done. So I did the same thing the other day with Aldo and about two hours later he calls to say the car is ready. When I got there he charged $75.00 for an oil change with no phone call to me. Which was the most disappointing to me. Ray always did a great job with communication. Then I asked him about why he didn’t call me, “I’ll do it next time” lol I said no, you don’t get to over charge me for an oil change and say “oh next time. And let me add that was my first time getting the oil changed in that car. When I told him I was disappointed he said , “oh well”. I said that it? He never responded and I said; well I’ve been coming in here two years and written great reviews about you and I don’t deserve this, maybe I won’t come back. His exact words “OKAY”. Then he handed me my receipt. The next day I called the owner, Dave and hi said oh that’s awful I will talk to him. Three days later I called back and he still had not talked to him, and was making all kind of excuses. Listen, if you don’t want my business I will sure find somewhere else that shows appreciation for long time customers, who have sent breakfast up there, and left great reviews and supported a local mom and pop business. I don’t need some person to act like he does not care about my business. There is Kingwood Tire who is closer to my office that have been excellent to me when I have used them. So I will be headed right back over there to feel appreciated. Hope Aldo does not run off great customers like me anymore, you may want to install a camera out there so you can monitor is piss poor customer service.
LADIES make a note of this story. Left my office and my tire was low so I stopped at two gas stations where the air pump never works right. Annoying…I made it to a tire shop and they put air and I got on the road, well within five minutes the tire was flat so I had to pull over. I called Beasley Tire in Kingwood, and spoke to a really nice man who said he would send someone out right away. Now I was in my business suit headed to an appointment, so I was stressed out. Ray showed up took the tire off my car, repaired it, and got me back on the road. I was so happy I didn’t have to sit at a tire place waiting forever and ever, and they came out and were professional. I did send them over taco cabana for breakfast the next day to say thank you, and they made sure to call me and were very grateful. Ladies. If you’re on the side of the road and you need help, you know who to call!!!

Went into shop to have my truck looked at due to broken part issues . Did receive a full report with excellent quick customer service . I didn’t have to wait all day .
Beasley service moves pretty fast with a full report and gets the job done and with honestly.

Clean lobby as well having toys for families with small children while waiting in lobby.
However I did purchase new tires & new battery. 100. %. Satisfied.

My car was shaking really bad. I took it to beasley. They charged me $816.00 for a brake job that didn't fix the problem. It was the carrier bearing on the drive shaft. I didn't need a brake job.

I visited Beasley Tire Shop at the end of February and paid $610.92 for repairs. However, not all the work could be completed due to missing parts for my windows. I specifically asked to be charged for everything upfront so I could return for completion without hassle. The owner's son, Ray, assured me he would install the parts at my home. Despite being told the parts were in and Ray would come by, a month passed without contact. When I attempted to schedule the completion, I discovered Ray no longer worked there, yet this was not communicated to me. Upon returning to the shop, I was met with unprofessionalism and accusations of dishonesty from the owner. Despite having already paid, I was asked to pay again and subjected to disrespectful treatment. This behavior is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to Beasley Tire Shop. Taylor thank you for being so kind and understanding. The owner can definitely learn a thing or two from you about customer service. Especially dealing with a woman. The owner needs to learn how to separate personal and business because whatever happened between him and his son had nothing to do with me.

Recently I needed a new front passenger tire. I could've gone to a place I frequented before but, I chose a place closer to my job Beasley Tire off 59N in Houston Texas. As soon as I stepped in the front door I was greeted by a representative who's first question was "How can we help you"? From then on Roberto the salesman helping me asked me a ton of questions to find out information needed to give me the Best possible choices. I asked him about an alignment so, he offered the shop to inspect my truck to see what was needed to get this done. Not only did I get informed about a serious issue with my truck but, there was no Charge for the inspection. Roberto gave me a Great deal for the tire and instalation better than the competition. Once I get some repairs done I will be back for another tire. They offer Public and Commercial services. I Highly recommend them.

My car wheel studs were cross threaded from another tire place which I realized when I had a flat tire...I came in near closing time and they promptly fixed the issue at a reasonable price. Go place to if you're having any tire or wheel issues.
