Opened Spend/Saving/Growth combo account today. Made appointment online, very simple. Alex is a very good personal banker. Clearly explained all the options, differences, fees etc. Provided info in an easy to understand format. Definitely would recommend Alex and PNC! Ms. Debra was a great candidate she took care of me immediately after her lunch break while three other employees ignored me. Thanks to Ms. Debra I got my first bank account quick, fast & friendly!!! So 5 stars for her!
