Never get a good vibe with this bank like I did when it was Compass then later BBVA.
Customer service doesn’t exist here. The teller (sometimes tellers) do the best they can while the other reps sit in their offices with doors closed doing who knows what.
That is the branch. There also hasn’t been anything positive I can say about the bank as a whole either.

Great personal service by Branch Banker, Lucia Rodriguez. PNC Banker Ms Rodriguez help me move my accounts over to their bank with ease. Also, helped with some online banking tips, which makes banking effortless. Thank you PNC

Horrible branch I went to get a withdrawal and it took them more than 40 minutes for them to approve it. They want to know the reason for a $3500. I complete understand if it was 10,000 where I have to give the bank a reason. So they got mad and make me wait just because I told the reason was I need it the money because it’s my money. The teller was super rude I had request the bills to be specific denomination and she knew because I wrote in the deposit slip. Of course she just gave me any bills she wanted. No receipt, No thank you. I did ask for the manager and she told the manager is busy!! Yeah I guess with virtual customers because I was the only one there. They don’t even deserve one star.

Had enough. BBVA was a decent enough bank, but PNC is absolutely horrible. Everything is a charge. It's insane. Switching to anyone else immediately.

I have tried over and over again to give this location and company a chance and every time they have failed. Service sucks beyond words. They never have any money and everything is different every time I go here. Highly dissatisfied I don’t understand why they even open.

Really awful, inconvenient branch. They’ve sent me to other locations on multiple occasions because they couldn’t or wouldn’t cash my business check from my account with them. They’ve had insufficient cash several times and I’m not getting much. Overall I don’t like PNC but this branch is the worst I’ve dealt with since they took over BBVA.

BBVA was so much better. PNC charges for EVERYTHING .. BBVA checking was free, notary was free, cashier's checks were free. I am changing banks

This branch is very unprofessional. I made an appointment to open a personal checking account and a business account with Angel martinez. I called to confirm the necessary documents prior to coming to the branch but Angel omitted to mention several necessary forms. Instead of asking direct questions he would ask what I did for a living versus who was my employer. He seemed very inexperienced and became upset when I attempted to clarify the questions. Despite all have the necessary documents I opted not to open an account based on Angel Martinez attitude.In addition, the branch is small and understaffed with several people waiting in a lobby without any chairs.
