I opened account recently but they opened wrong one not the one i wanted and they committed to change within 2 days but more than a week , when called at location getting answer that banker is off today call later or wait more time bad service.... not recommended specially this location

Do not go to this Bank, or at least this location. My family member went to get information and the teller gave false information which resulted in fraud.

Horrible customer service representative. The customer service call center representative is horrible at doing their job. I worked with a guy name ALVIN and he didn’t do my dispute right so now my account is in the negative. This bank is trash they charge you fees to transfer money, they will take money out your savings if you go into the negative for overdraft protection that I didn’t sign up for! They don’t offer early direct deposits literally you have to wait till midnight for your funds. After my dispute is resolved I will close this account! Their pending transactions take 3-4 days on the app. They are not loyal to you they are loyal to the merchant who takes money out of your account even if your card is lost or stolen. They will give you a credit but will take it right back if they believe the merchant! I hate this bank I will never do a regular bank again! Back to credit unions for me!

If could rate this establishment a zero I would, this is by far the most unorganized and frankly laziest drive through staff at a pnc bank I have ever encountered in the greater Houston area. A teller got an attitude and lied that they had 4 or 5 people in the drive through when in reality it was only me and one other car as if I couldn’t see that. Took 30 minutes to make a deposit and they have no commercial banking lane.

I have my car loan through PNC. While the rate is great, their system is archaic. I cannot pay down principal without calling each time and having them manually move the payment. They also told me I could go to a physical bank to pay down principal.

I would like to acknowledge one of the tellers in the bank. SAM is a hard worker and very polite and positive attitude. This bank is at West Bellfort Branch. I have him a ten star for every time I go on Saturday. So, please give him a raise ($20). I would like for him to be Employee of the month. Thanks again for putting SAM at that bank.
