NOT THIS LOCATION….but the BANK itself is the worst bank I have Eva had an account with and I haven’t even got my 1st Direct deposit yet only had an account for bout 2 week and no one from customer Service have any idea on how to do their job when customers are calling asking questions about anything to do with their account and then have the nerve to say I will give it to a caseworker and they will be back in touch with you within 24 hours, because Customer Service cannot figure out the problem so I have to wait 24 hours just to use my card what is the point of you guys having a job if you guys can’t even figure out simple problems and then have customers calling numbers that have nothing to do with or have any access to the customer account so they are forced the director call back to PNC Bank For them to tell you, I have no idea what’s going on with your account I will be closing my account ASAP

Forget trying to contact anyone at this bank, they NEVER pick up the phone. I have called numerous times on numerous different occasions and the phone just rings and rings. Branch manager is never there.

Pnc is literally the worst bank you could ever bank with. Fees, the system is always down, most times when I try depositing a check through the drive through it can’t read it and I have to come inside (defeats the purpose of an atm). Other banks allow me to make deposits with my card and Id with pnc I have to fill out a form (isn’t that there job?). Save yourself the time/ trouble and bank elsewhere.

since they changed management their service is disgusting .i made appointment with manager and one of employee instead show up and when i asked about manager she said she is on lunch break even though i had appointment with manager at 10am ,who take lunch break @10 am .thats dis respectfull

Branch never answers calls. I tried calling and have stayed on hold for over 2 hours until I finally gave up and this is 2 days of trying to reach them. Branch left me a voicemail informing me they need to talk to me regarding my account but I'm unable to reach them. I just received a call from the branch I answered the call and said hello 3 times and they just hung up. It's time to start looking for a new bank.

Worst service, with the latest Manager; Super long wait times, heavy atmosphere and I only come here once a week.
Unfortunately for me, it is the closest bank so it is not so easy to leave, I was here since it was BBVA.

Terrible service since the new Manager Laura is here.
The average service time is 40 minutes 1 hour.
Everyone is bad, there is a harsh atmosphere.
The bad TELLER, the bankers, not to mention, lately we have had to go to other Branches that are very far away from us to do WIRES even though we are company.
The image of the place is very disappointing.
Unfortunately my company is very close and this is the closest bank that works with Clover, which is our merchant, if it weren't for that reason we would have already left here.
Plus, PNC charges commissions for everything.
The only worthwhile person in this place is Sandra but she was already there before.

I came to this bank because they made a transition from my bank and I really had a horrible experience with the banker that served me! I couldn't ask her anything because she bothered her and I had a lot of questions but she never asked me if I needed anything else!

Great experience! Everyone is so welcoming and assist us at another level. Can’t compare to any other bank in the area. I moved all of my financials with them. Really recommend them!

I called the 5342 Airline location from 9am until 11 am no answer just recordings. I then drove all the way to the bank only to be told that the person who was their Notary was off today. Wow a waste of my time. I have banked with them for over 20 years. The young lady showed no remorse.
