Very poor service. I visited several times to update my profile of resident info. A women branch manager however updates my info wrongly, totally wasting my time.

Went to close my bank account and they
1. Told me they would and that they would call if there was a problem then didnt
2. ONCE AGAIN told me they would close it then didnt AGAIN
3. Refused ro freeze the account in spite of a fraud issue
4. Reversed payment on a transaction I DID NOT ASK them to reverse payment on
5. Charged me a $33 FEE for the transaction I did not ask to reverse??
6. The reverse on the charge put money in the account so now it CANT be closed once again ?
By the way they didn’t tell me any of this - I walked in to have coins converted into cash and the look on the face of the representative who said she would close the account when she saw me told me everthing. Checked my account and lo and behold this company has once again done nothing they said they would do.
Waiting to see if she’ll call me like she said she would.
By the way there has been a fraudulent phone number on my account for YEARS and never once have they taken care of it no matter how many time I asked. Dont open an account here.
Update: She called!! And LIED several times. I NEVER asked for transactions to be reversed, I asked her to FREEZE the account. She LIED on the phone saying the $33 fee was to prevent future transactions going through. Only for TWO more things to go through. She wanted to dodge the question SO bad when I asked about what the fee was for. Oh and her first response to me was “great news, you have money” and tried to act like AT&T was the one to reverse the charge as though there wasn’t a fee FROM PNC to reverse the charge! I had already deposited money to cover the AT&T charge so why the HELL would I want the charge reversed?? Now I get to face fees from AT&T too - thanks Carolina Garcez!!

My niece went there to cash her check and was told someone else needed to help her and went into her this person’s office and was told that their systems were down and couldn’t cash her check. I seen multiple people going in and out with no problem. They must be racist. Just awful.

PNC Bank has new mulch and their gardener just threw all the empty bags into the wind. The bank doesn’t seem to care.

This is my MOST TRASH pnc bank in all of Houston. ATM never works. Like seriously it’s out of order more times than not. This is not a bank you can make a quick stop at and the lines are ridiculous and the customer service is CAKA. Literally go anywhere else.

Just walked in to receive a cash advance, but was told I had to be a member. I said no problem I can open an account then. & the gentlemen proceeded to condescendingly state that “there are specific requirements.” I said ok, no problem. All he replies back saying is that the requirement is to have $500 minimum. I did my best to hold back a chuckle, because certainly there’s more got to be more elaborate “requirements” to opening an account then a small $500 dollar balance, per his initial statement. I said ok again, and I can tell he’s sorting through his small brain to come up with another way to turn me away. He then goes “there’s an ATM out back you can just use to do that.” So we went from there being these enhanced requirements that he jumped the gun on assuming I wouldn’t be able to satisfy, to him redirecting me to withdraw $1200 from an ATM in the drive through. I just let it go because it was more then obvious he was being racist. There were two older white women in there, probably late 50’s that he was practically tripping over himself to assist in his baggy, wrinkled suit but as soon as a black person walks in he tries to minimize his interaction and turn me to an ATM out back. Little does he know I’m taking this interaction all the way to the top. I won’t stop filing complaints with corporate, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission until it’s addressed properly. Absolutely disgusting.

Slowest, most inconsistent and unprofessional bank branch of all time. It's actually incredible that they're still in business. Wow.

I am pretty disappointed with this location. Demmi Jackson just ruined my day. I have been doing business with BBVA, have a furniture company. I have built good customer relations with BBVA until the day I came to this location to get a service. My customers that i pay invoices are saved as a draft in my profile, Demmi was there to make sure she was making everything hard. She told me she can not wire international transfer after 2 pm. Although all the other locations are accepting it. I am aware if you do it, it will be transferred next day. But she kept refusing to give service on that. Once she was convinced to do the wire after i told her so many times, she tried to create problems with my ID. All locations i have been using my texas drivers licence and all the other bankers never asked my passport. This Lady just treated me , a business man like a garbage. I wilk definetely take my business somewhere else just because of this lady.
