Very poor communication--also rude. Manager is non existent--called multiple times and left messages and just ignored. The number they leave on these bad reviews and "follow ups" are fake. If you like to play roulette with tons of money on the line, and have absolutely no choice, or way to talk to anyone else but the incompetent employee who is assigned to help you--you'll love this place.

I recently had my car serviced at this location, and while I did
receive a partial refund on the AC charge due to incomplete
diagnostics, unresolved AC issues, and poor customer service, I was disappointed with the overall experience.
Throughout our interactions, the serviceman, Tom, frequently spoke over me on the phone, nearly hung up on me, and failed to acknowledge or apologize for my concerns. When we authorized repairs through him, we specifically requested for the mechanics to only perform an AC repair, but they went ahead and performed additional repairs without our authorization. Despite clearly communicating our wishes to Tom, either his listening skills were poor, or he chose to ignore our request in an attempt to charge us for services we did not authorize. Although these additional services were eventually provided for free, this kind of behavior raises serious concerns about the integrity and professionalism of their service.
After receiving the refund, just when I thought Tom would make things right by leaving on good terms without causing further issues or conflict, he instead made an unprofessional and rude comment, stating he was uncomfortable working on my car because I had contacted the service manager, Gary. Every customer has the right to escalate their concerns when they feel they are being treated unfairly or disrespected.
Unfortunately, the service manager's lack of responsiveness only added to the frustration. We asked the front desk multiple times over a week to have him contact us and we left several voicemails for him, but we never received a call back. Given these issues, I regretfully cannot recommend this location, as this experience has left me deeply concerned about the quality and ethical standards of the service provided.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They use the fact they bought out "bayway" as an excuse not to honor their service commitments. In addition, we have multiple packages we purchased such as window repair, etc. will any of this be honored? DOUBTFUL. James and Tom were incredible UNHELPFUL. Go anywhere else, but here. Slimy dealership behavior!

We purchased a XC90 and Beau Bryan, was very knowledgeable on the features and functions of the vehicle and was patient with all of our questions. Beau did a great job and made the car buying experience stress free.

Unethical dealer. Selling damaged cars. I live in Colorado. I contacted this dealer about a Sienna they had in stock. I asked the salesman to please shoot videos of all damage that is on the car. I said "it's a used car, I expect imperfections". The salesman took three good videos. I liked what I saw. I booked a flight and was down there that evening. I arrived the next morning when the dealership opened. Within 10 seconds of looking at the car, I could see the front bumper was VERY loose. I crawled under the vehicle to find big chunks of the lower air-dam to be cut away with a crude tool, and the remaining air-dam held on with plastic zip-ties!!! (Picture). The front bumper mounts were badly damaged and no longer properly held the bumper on. After grossly misrepresenting the vehicle, the sales manager had the nerve to say. "It's normal for a car with that many miles."

Terrible service all around. Reception doesn't know how to properly answer a phone, no professionalism or courtesy. Service department is terrible. Complete lack of communication and concern. It's impossible to complete a task in one try. Due to the repeated poor service, I will not be buying another Volvo just to avoid the hassle of driving to another dealership an hour away to avoid dealing with this one. Not what I expect from a luxury car dealership.

i purchased my new Volvo from Bayway Volvo (shortly before they sold the dealership to Volvo Clear Lake). The experience with Bayway was a nightmare. Since there is no longer a Bayway Volvo- Dealership I reached out to other Bayway dealerships in hope of some response/acknowledgement from a representative for Bayway. there has been no response.
The new owner, Volvo Clearlake, resolved the remaining issues and proved very helpful. I would NEVER recommend buying a vehicle from any Bayway Dealership after my experience. Five Stars for Volvo Clearlake.....Zero stars for Bayway.

I usually dont write reviews but wanted to share a really good experience I had with the new Volvo Cars of Clearlake. A new team is in place and they were extremely helpful with my service. Thanks a lot to Mr. Gattis, Dee, Zach and Demetrious for being very prompt, helpful and doing a great job.

Zach and Tom (service advisors) did an outstanding job of servicing my Volvo in a timely manner. I was provided a loaner but more importantly was provided updates on parts which needed replacement and would not hesitate to bring in your Volvo here.

I have been very pleased with the service received at Bayway Volvo in recent months. I have had to replace several car windows and an ignition switch that had to come from Sweden. The service department has been very upfront on the cost and timing for the repairs. They have kept me informed of work completion status and updated timing if there is a delay for some reason. Other that the fact that car repairs are expensive these days, I could not have asked for a better customer experience. The service manager has also worked to apply any available discounts to help defray the costs of the repairs.

Purchased a used vehicle a couple days ago from Bayway. Beau was extremely helpful throughout the process and kept me updated the whole time. I am very happy with my purchase and would gladly do business with the Bayway Team again.
