Came here before to look for the assistant manager Alan found out he no longer works here. was trying to get a small loan on a history loan and was told that he no longer works here. Alan was very respectful and the new manager was very rude will never come here again she doesn't have respectShe told me that the items I brought were not valuable. I always pick my items up and the items have been picked up multiple times please bring Alan back and make him the store manager

I came in to look at the jewlery and was looking at a necklace that i had previously seen before. the neckace has been out for sale in the Last 4 months. was told that the sticker price couldnt be discounted. The manager didnt want to come out and work a deal but the previous manager Alan gave me a price if i came in a couple of months laterI Will no longer come to this store. alan was nice and tried to always work with me. Please get more People like him.

I wouldn't pawn/sell/buy from this location if it was the last pawn shop in West Houston. While it's good "certain" employees aren't there any longer, knowing what happens at that store, I'm staying clear away.Also, those of you upset you're not getting your preferential treatment, cry about it.

Dont come here. I called and scheduled to pick up an item, I did an hour drive and when i got there they sold it infront of me to another customer. No integrity

I have not had many good experiences with Pawn shops but this one changed my experience. Nick was so great in helping me find what I need and his customer service was superb. Prices are decent.Thank you for changing the way I think!

Came in and it’s layout is pretty easy to go through and browse , employees seem happy to help and willing to work on prices for you .Honestly one of the nicer shops I’ve seen and do recommend if your looking for affordable games and consoles

Guy behind counter tries to give me 70.00 for over 20 hand tools. Never looked one up on the computer. Train and invest in your future. Not to mention uncle Sam will get ya.

I took a Bose stereo CD alarm clock that worked perfectly to this shop. I said I needed to borrow $200. The girl Dana said okay leaving me to believe she would do it then she said if I wanted to sell it I could get more. I said okay I'll sell it. After looking at the serial numbers she said it was old and then they were wanting to give me $20 finally the manager agreed to $80 I asked for $100 he would not give a $100. She said I could go to other places then co.e back if I want to. Later I went to one other place oddly they knew I was coming because the guy wouldn't even look at it he said that's not Bluetooth ready so we won't even take it. So I went back to this shop and when I went in they said it's not Bluetooth ready so they would only give me $10 or $15. I left with my stereo and I gave it to my cousin. I'd rather die than to let them have it lying thievesThese people communicate with everybody across the board it doesn't matter if the store is related or not they're all in the system and they all communicate electronically they will screw you over the best way they can. Good luck.

All Employees at this location continue to give me top rated customer service when I come in. They're offers for loans and buys are among some of the best Ive seen out of all the pawn shops around Houston. Highly Recommended.

I visit many pawn shops and This place is awesome!!!!! The guys there, Edwin; Jahaziel; and Alan, were very transparent with what they paid and the lowest they could go. Very honest, and excellent service. This will now become my first go to pawnshop when looking for items.
