Great place to do business with as I have purchased several items from them in the past. Manager Jennifer and Jose have worked out good deals for me. They provided excellent customer service, and could be happier. This location has hide treasure items that least expect to find. They see me and greet me and now that's the start of good customer service experience. My hat's off the them both ?.

I brought a few pieces of jewelry to be cleaned. Inspected to make sure all stones were in place. When she was done I noticed that five stones missing her response was it was already liKe that . I honestly hope they find a whole new Staff , and I will be taking legal action

I started gone to buyou pawn a few years ago nice folks David ,Joe ,Jessica buy now went to buyou pawn today it was a heavey set guy in their and a heavy set girl do not know their names .But I was in line they was taken long I went their to pay on my scooter I really can't stand long the young lady ,it was about 3 folks standing in front of me the two workers took their sweet time waiting on two folks and had use waiting .I understand that but it seemed like they was taken their time so I said underlay cause of my legs I'm a lady with a disability I'm letting you all know because when the folks I name early did not do me like that and told me to get out the store due to the young lady refused my service but thet guy was with someone but he did stop the fact that I said that I know she did not go to someone else instead getting me next in line but she went to the back of store to help someone else that was not right at all and did not get know apologize so I left with out paying on my scooter and yes I did curse theme out then and no I do not like going their anymore

The first time I tried to come they forced me out bc I didn’t have a mask. Second time I tried to come while they were open they just refused to open me the door. They opened the door for the customer immediately behind me. Clowns.

One of the best pawn shops on the north side went to pawn my 2 15in speakers and they gave my a great deal on them shoutout to Joe the one that makes thing happen for you been going there for a couple months and he’s has helped me out every time good place to pawn or sell car audio

I've been a loyal customer for about 4 years here and its a great pawnshop! All employees are very nice and welcoming.
