Wish I could give zero stars. Told me my necklace was fake when it’s clearly real. No experience, no customer service, unprofessional and probably selling fake products.

Idk how this place is still in business honestly the only good thing about this place I would say is their hours are a bit later than other name brand pawnshops. Other than that this is 2024 and they still don’t have a more convenient way to extend or payoff your loans other than cash and I’ve done business with other pawnshops for years and have never had that issue paying with debit card online or over the phone. They demand cash for extensions and payoffs and their atm charges a ridiculous fee. This was my first and def last time doing business with them. The only reason I even came here was because at the time the other pawnshop was closed already when I needed the money. Do not reccomend if I could’ve gave zero stars I def would’ve. Other brand name pawnshops that are close by also give you more money for your stuff especially if you have good history of paying off your loans with them and they have way less interest fee percentage.

Came and spoke with management about a loan. I was told the max they could offer me on an item was 1,600. Came back the next day to do the loan and the same manager then back peddled and wanted to offer me only $300 on a $19,000 mixing console without even looking at it! Its not only a lack of common business sense the offer was downright disrespectful and a complete waste of time.

I bought a Xbox one Series X from Brian and it had a internal service problem to where i cant download any games. Brian never gave me an option for a warranty and when I came to bring it back he didnt Do anything to make it right, then proceeded to blame it on another coworker named Rico. This business is unprofessional and scammers. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM HERE ITS PLENTY OF OTHER PAWN SHOPS.

They always deny good items for a loan bad customer service and they offer low prices for valuable things. The things they are selling are way over priced I would never give them any business again.
