Worst experience ever the shop got a total of almost 7k to do body work on my truck but it was left worse than it came in, this shop has no communication what so ever and when I went to pick up my truck even the employees told me they were to lazy to put up my badges back on. Didn’t paint mirrors or roof, reused parts from my accident and was told to they were new. The employees don’t know what they are doing and didn’t tape the truck correctly and had primer in engine bay and windows and so much other things. After everything that happened the owner had the audacity to still charge me $300 to get my keys back. I hope Billy sees this …. Smh dude glad I told my brother not to take his car to your shop

I met Billy through a friend… bottom line very friendly and very quick work… I paid out of pocket and by far the best prices around… fair and willing to work quick.. never had a problem with him answering or getting back to me… I never really leave reviews but the price and quickness of his work speaks for itself… not to mention he fixed other minor scratches and painted my whole truck … definitely recommend

We were given a quote by the photos we sent. There was extra work involved, but not asked to pay additional amount! The car is a 2003 Acura and the parts were a little hard to find. However, not only was the body work done but it was painted as well. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work or the professionalism that we experienced ?. Terrible service. FICTITIOUS WORK. Billy is not a man of his words. This guy pockets the insurance money and will avoid your calls. I don't comment or leave reviews, but this really impacted me. Currently I have been a technician for 17+ years. I could have done this work myself, but I trusted the body shop owner. I met Billy through a high school friend. Long story short. I got work done at Bayou City Paint & Body. My wife complains about a noise coming from the vehicle when picking up the kids. Found out the car had a loose wheel stud and over-tightened lug nuts. The vehicle is not safe to drive. So, I started looking over the work and found more issues. Parts on the vehicle still have original markings. The rim that was supposedly new was just sprayed over with original wheel weights still on it. I literally have a list of parts from the insurance and found nothing new on the vehicle. So many items that was on the repair order was not even done. The charges in labor and parts are complete lies. I have a grocery list of faults in this service. This is pathetic. I would NOT recommend anyone to his service. He will not pick up your calls and he will not reply to your messages. He's not in the shop. There's a lack of communication between manager, mechanic and owner. He will not man up to his mistakes. I have no respect and lost trust in Billy. Their screw up led me to find out what kind of a man and shop they run. Don't go to this band aid shop.Services: Brakes

Excellent customer service, quality work, attention to detail and thorough communication. The owner and his team listens to you and your concerns and promptly follows up to address your issues and needs. They care about completing the job right and not just checking off a work order and pushing you out the door. They make sure to explain the work and that you are satisfied. Thanks again for taking care of “Sally” not once, but twice now and earning our satisfaction.

I just left this same review on Google reviews, and have copy/pasted it here for convenience sake. Billy and the guys at Bayou City Paint and Body are the best in the business. I have read a negative review or 2 here on Google, and my experiences were like night and day. I frankly do not believe the content of those bitter reviews, and the Law Office I work for would be happy to lend our services if Bayou City wants to pursue a defamation/libel lawsuit against these people. I have taken all of my vehicles, both personal and business vehicles, here for the past 15 years. And so have all of my friends and family members that I have referred. Everything from body work to paint jobs, and even routine maintenance. And I intend to do the same for the next 15 years and beyond. In 2017 my vehicle broke down on I-45 near Third Ward at 2 in the morning, and Billy personally got out of bed and drove out there (within 20 minutes) to tow my car and get me out of a scary situation. And my vehicle was ready for pickup by 12 noon. More recently, my vehicle broke down one morning in a parking garage and I pulled it into a reserved parking spot. The property owner was threatening to boot or tow my car, and Bayou City was there within the hour to tow my car to the shop. And my car was ready for pickup the same day! Billy, Billy Jr and Bayou City---you guys are the best, thank you for everything.

Best vehicle repair. He has taken care of 2 of my vehicles and has done an absolutely amazing job. The owner is easy to talk to and will get you taken care of. He knows his stuff!!!
