They're Under New Management. I go there when I need some pieces dry cleaned. I normally bring the same pieces. Went to pick them up and all my whites looked like they had been mixed with some blue dye. The rest looked undone and not fresh. I was charged 34.00 for 6 pieces of clothing. Mostly shirts and pants and 9.00 for a sun dress. I will have to find another establishment that will not overcharge and take pride in their work.

My experiences have been nice. The workers have always been polite. The clothes I drop off have always been ready in like a couple of days and looked good. The only down I have is that some of my clothes have had a bit of an unpleasant odor for me.

I dropped off 3 pants and a white tuxedo shirt which I need for a wedding this Saturday. When I went to pick up my clothes I only got the three pants. They lost my white $85.00 tuxedo shirt.The lady in charge who looks like the owner couldn’t be bothered. Not even an apology, except that she will have her employee search fir the shirt.She promised to call me after I asked her what’s next ?So far no phone call. So I have made 5 calls this morning but they are not answering the phones.They messed up one of my shirts before but I decided to use them again because they are close to where I live.Stay away from this place , very poor service.I will never use them again.Services: Clothes pressing

Dropped off two suits. Went to pick them up and they lost them. Woman couldn’t care less. Eventually I asked if I could go and look myself and I found them. Had the wrong name on them. They definitely did not care and weren’t going to help me.

If there was a 0 star, it would be appropriate. Never take your clothes here, ever!!! They ruined my wife's wedding dress and another dress just now that she wore on vacation. Just don't do it.

I don't have enough words to express my gratitude and thanks to Bay Oaks Cleaners. Not only is the quality excellent, but the customer service is supreme. I can tell it's a family run business, and it takes a good hearted family to make a business run smoothly. Time and time and again, Bay Oaks comes through and delivers excellent service. I've been to many Dry Cleaner services, and I will never leave this one at Bay Oaks. If there were enough words to express my gratitude, I'd be here for weeks on in saying "thank you" over and over.....lol. Thanks again for the great service, and God Bless. Oh...and thanks for putting up with all of that dog hair :)

If you have an amount of clothes to bring to this cleaners. I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM! They lose your clothes even your belts. They DONT know how to keep up with peoples belonging. Nor my boyfriend was ever given a receipt of all of our stuff! Now I'm missing my $135 Calvin Klein jumpsuit also with my belt on my other dress. I'm beyond livid! If I could rate them 0 on them I would! But rating one is enough.

I dropped off 4 pants for dry cleaning last Wednesday for the first time out of convenience cause I was next door eating ( Abe’s). When I pick them up, not only they did not clean but more stains on all of 4 pants.. more of that, there are animals hair all over the pants. I took them back and showed them to a young lady, she even admitted that they are not been cleaned at all, they have a dog in the room too!! Today when i go back pick them up, the female owner handed my pants and said to me, they are humans and they can’t please me

I dropped off some clothes last Friday for dry cleaning and a dress that needed a zipper repaired-first and last time I will do this. I was told the dress would be ready Monday after 4. I was given a ticket with total price for my items. I go Tuesday to pick up my items and the dress was still not ready even though I gave them the extra day. I gave the girl my receipt, picked up the dry clean stuff that was ready. I paid the entire bill (ticket that was originally given to me). I asked someone to pick up my dress for me today as I was unable to go. I knew dress was already paid for. They charged her $24 for a zipper repair. This is not the price I agreed to when I dropped off my items and was given a receipt for. The girl took my receipt yesterday so I am unable to prove this now. They printed up a different receipt and made up numbers now. I will think twice before getting something repaired now (zipper replacement do not cost $24)Service: Alterations

I have been using Bay Oaks Cleaners for years. I have NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT. They ALWAYS are friendly, know me when I drive up, provide EXCELLENT LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING SERVICE, and ALWAYS treat me like they appreciate my business. There is simply no reason for me to go anywhere else. If I could give them 10 stars, I would do so!

Always late in the morning despite posted hours. Saw 2 people ahead of me waiting and leave, I left too when nobody showed up by 7:15 AM. Great way to lose business.
