the owners are VERY rude and unprofessional. do not give these people business. we literally got kicked out as soon as we entered because we began by browsing. as a potential customer, how can i buy if i don’t even have the opportunity to see what you are selling?

Don’t recommend this place. Doesn’t stand to what they say. He ridicules buyers with cheap tactics. He says he trusts us and we need to trust him. He turns simple discussions in to Arguments. In reality, he does not trust us and our gold for exchange. Don’t understand how he is running business

Very negative people . So rude, they insult customers very badly. From their point of view we should not ask any questions whatever they say we simply say yes ( their expectation) . I'm wondering how these people are surviving in this business without selling anything. He asks everyone to trust him. He keeps talking with unnecessary emotion, doesn't give a sh*t about customer. As if he is doing free service/favor to the customer.

I went shopping for gold for my daughter's wedding, we were looking for specific items and comparing things, we were not dressed up that day and they thought we are poor may be or what i don't know. The wife was not helpful at all as if we were begging her. she didn't want to answer our questions. The husband comes out of his office and look at us in a very scary way. I have tried to explain to the wife the situation to calm her down that we are really want to buy, but it didn't work with them. They were very negative and we have left the store without buying anything. The most unfriendly experience shopping.

I wish I could give them no stars at all.Very rude and awful customer service. The guy with the mustache should not be working in this business. He told us buy or leave !!!Don’t waste your time there. They need to be out of business.

Husband and wife kicked us out - we were looking and asking questions about some gold jewelry. We hadn't been there for more than 10 minutes before the man told us to either buy the gold or leave because he had an "appointment" with another customer. We left, of course, and after we got in the car, the husband walked out and drove away. Horrible and rude, negative energy as soon as you walk jn but we decided to to give them a chance (we hadn't seen the reviews.) I have no idea how they are still in business, especially considering the husband drove away in a brand new Mercedes SUV. These people do not deserve your money, try somewhere else.

They are cheap scammers. Husband and wife team. Husband keeps saying that he never lies and then lies. Wife creates false sense of urgency and fools people into transactions. Shop next door, shop in that complex but don’t try your luck here only to make scammers rich. They also lie about laser crafted items being hand crafted. Ridiculous.
