Here in Houston we just endured a hurricane which caused widespread power outages. Despite having no lights or power, the staff opened the door and used a laptop to process orders. Before, during, and after a hurricane batteries are a necessity. This showed real service and dedication. Ten stars to the staff!

The online purchase was easy and accurate. The in store pick up process was nice. Very friendly staff. I was surprised at all the different batteries in stock at the store. I feel the prices could’ve been more competitive but sometimes it’s worth paying a little more to get a good product and service.
