This is the first time ever I experience at B&BW. I bought quite a lot but, I got refused for double bags because it is a lot and heavy. Elizabeth was very rude, she refused to do it. I really like this place, and this is the first time ever I have an experience like this.

Having worked for bath and body works for years in the past I can understand how overwhelming it can become and how accidents or issues may arise, but I’ve had quite a few issues at this location over the past three years from rude customer service, to incorrect items in my pick up orders, and more that have led to this review. Today, I came in to use my rewards and coupons via the app before it expired and calculated what my total would be before even entering the store because I knew exactly what I was getting. I was charged $10 more than anticipated (not a huge amount but still). I didn’t want to hold up the line so I walked out and read my receipt to see that they didn’t scan both of my coupons as asked. I even asked beforehand if they needed to be on separate transactions because as a former employee I know how finicky the system can be. I came back in and was only refunded $7 dollars because one of the coupons that they did scan discounted the item from its full rate. Minerva handled my return immediately assumed that my
number entered didn't match what they could see in the system from my account, to which I logged in the app and showed her my full information, then she said the email was wrong but that she couldn’t see the full email. Proper protocol would have been to refund the entire purchase and re-ring up the items properly. Also, if I show my coupons from my app that should be the coupons you ring up not printed email coupons at the register because I believe that is what caused the issue. Nonetheless, she told me I would need to call customer service to make sure my account information was correct, which I did and it is correct. Putting the money lost aside, this was just a major inconvenience and I don't appreciate the assumption that I caused the issue when in fact it was the workers who were at fault and Minerva who handled the return was just trying to rush me out by refunding an incorrect price.

Not much product other than candles. Staff was not as friendly as most stores . Couldn't find the deals that were posted on the web for that location.

bad customer service and attitude from the manager mary i took my candles that did not burn right not finished and refused to exchange it when it is store policy to be able to return products that were not liked by the customer

As much as I love bath and body works, I had a horrible experience this past Saturday. To begin with, they had a Mother's Day sale in store and charged me incorrectly. They did not add the discount, so I was charged 135$ for the Mother's Day item that should have been charged for 40$. I had to go back and have that corrected and reimbursed. Once I got home, I realized a second mistake was made- They did not give me a bag with all the item's I purchased... they only gave me the Mother Day special gift. Therefore, I had to return to the store to get the extra items besides the Mother's Day gift special I purchased. When I arrived the manager on cite was very short, rude, and abrupt. Her name was Minerva. I feel like empathy or care could have been extended to me as a customer since all of my items were not given to me at check-out properly. As a customer I needed to be heard because it was frustrating and an inconvenience to experience this. However, instead she seemed bothered to help and seemed to insinuate that the item's weren't missing. I told her to check the cameras because I had nothing to hide, I just wanted my items I paid for. It was not until I asked for this and got upset that she became pro-active and gave me the missing items. The lack of professionalism was highly noticed during this situation and was very bothersome to me as a loyal customer.
