Veronica was amazing. Spends extra time with every customer and helped my soon to be 8 year old daughter pick out stuff. Great customer service she deserves a raise!!!

Customer service was bad in this store. The manager Veronica was mean and not professional. She does not follow the company policy for the item exchange. I will call the customer service tomorrow to report the expiratice I had tonight. I will never go back to this store shopping anymore

Outstanding service at Bath & Body Works! I bought loads of goodies for friends in Thailand, but my luggage exceeded limits. The staff, especially a helpful lady, understood my situation and assisted with the return. No issues with the products, just a weight problem. Appreciate the understanding!

See I wish I caught homegirl name that was fake helping me on the floor when I walked in. She definitely was the oldest out of all the sales floor ladies and once she helped me she rushed me away then I ended up needing her help again and she was being fake as idk wat. The rest of the young ladies was great and sweet but not her. What she fails to realize I use to work for bath and body works when I was younger and her customer service sucks tbh. You too old to be acting like that. The way she carried herself was disgusting. You already black and they be talking bout black women in general and that's how you treat a sister on her bday. Then have the audacity to be speaking bout God. I made this post personal bc I've worked retail for years and I never treated anyone rude or made them feel uncomfortable like she made me feel today. Idk if you didn't like my dress or whatever she was on just know I caught that and I won't forget your face either. She needs to do better

This is a great location - fully stocked with all the latest scents and accessories. The associates were all very friendly and welcoming; as soon as you walked in they were on it asking you if you needed help and telling you about new arrivals.
