I usually have a great time at this place, I've met some really nice people at this one too. I only took off one star because there were a couple times that I went in there that either they were understaffed or perhaps something went on that day where someone wasn't exactly as friendly as usual. But 9 out of 10 they rock it

Lovely remodel (a year ago)! I always get terrific service at B&BW, the selection is overwhelming because there's so many delightful things to choose from and they always have specials on their products. I can't name a favorite because there are too many, but I've probably sniffed all of them! Join the rewards program for fun discounts and deals. I am in the store at least every other month. They are always adding new items and I love the seasonal smells. The 3 wick candles are beautiful and last a long time.
The store is clean, the selection is plentiful, the service is fantastic, and most importantly, the products are cruelty FREE! They do not test on animals. That is a huge selling point for me. I wouldn't care how great the scents, if they tested on animals, I would never purchase anything from them. Love ya, B&BW!

Placed an online order at Bath & Body Works in the Town & Country area to pick up. Got a text that order was ready for pick up but a couple of items were no longer available. Drove up, parked and then waited in the long line with the regular customers to pick up my order that I had already paid for. There must be a better way to do this. There were several employees standing at the door greeting customers and a few employees just talking. Could someone not work the pick up counter. Love this place better the service needs to get better.

Huge, clean, and nice layout of the store. I was greeted instantly as I walked through the door. I was picking up an order, so the process was quick, friendly, and painless. I will definitely visit this store again!
