I work in the village. And I actually had time to come in. It wasn’t crowded so I didn’t feel overwhelmed. The lady at the front Tai was very friendly and suggested watermelon lemonade she said it was her daughter’s favorite. I was going to check out an Alicia helped me get some sanitizer from cheap. And the assistant store manager Dusty was so upbeat and we bonded over the Taylor swift music playing. This location is a vibe.

This is my favorite store. It's been awhile since I've shopped in store but I went in Memorial weekend and the guy Dusty was great! He's like your best friend and personal shopper all in one. He informed me of the newest smells but I really like the Brightest Bloom. He explained to me the newest collection of that Netflix show and did an AMAZING accent, now I am obsessed with show! I definitely have to shop with him again :)

The customer service from Catlin was super she was very patient and helpful towards she gathered everything that I wanted I didn't even have to lift a finger and she used my rewards, birthday gift,coupons and saved me over $ 200-$300 I had never been to that location before and thought I would be uncomfortable because the store is a lot smaller than the other locations so I was sure that they wouldn't have what I wanted but Catlin really made me feel like I was royalty she explained step by step plainly to the point that I was no longer puzzled I was happy and pleased with my purchase and actually got more for my money this time....thank you Catlin I really appreciate your help....and I know it's not your fault or the size of the store that you don't have the Dalia shimmer....hint B&BW

I went into the store last night, 3/7, solely to pick up an online order (or so I thought). There were these 2 very sweet ladies working. They informed me of the sale happening and I was a goner, they were SO helpful even informing me that I had a couple rewards, unbeknownst to me. I ended up walking out with my online order AND 5 candles, hand sanitizers, and candle stands. They were delightful. I had a rough day at work and they easily turned my day around with how warm and funny they both were. I wish I could remember their names. Nevertheless, I will only be shopping at this location now and I want to thank you both for being so kind to a stranger.

Great selection of lotions and fragrances I love em all the locations parking is a little complicated due to soo many varieties of stores but it is definitely worth going if you enjoy fragrances
