My sales person was Christina and she was a pleasure to work with… I was real torn from getting denied places and she insisted that I try because my husband didn’t get approved but she was very persistent that I try!!! And guess what I got approved and my new bed is being delivered Wednesday!!!

Please don't do business withBargain Furniture 1960 @ KUYKENDALL I needed him to switch deposit of $480 to a different set of furniture and he refused saying a restocking fee. And the furniture is still not here. Now he wants to take the whole 480 and I would have to put down more money to get another set. Someone please tell me where's this is good practice or a scam. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Hello I paid 1,599.99 for a bed set had the guys come and set it up on 10-13-23 I wasn't home at work I reach home around 4:30 am my I phone charger is gone called the company the next day he like oh you are the first person who telling me this my guys dont take things or maybe you put it somewhere cant remember talking to me like im stupid I had nothing in the room just 1 small table by the door and extension cord where my lamp n phone would be where I left my charger plug in my gut told me take it but I didnt now im piss

I’ll be honest, from the outside this place doesn’t look super nice. However, the furniture inside is of amazingly high-quality for the price. The tables are solid, not flimsy or crumbly, like those made of particleboard. We bought a sleeper sofa from here, and it is great! Super comfortable, well-made, and free shipping. Next time we need furniture, this is where we are going.

I want to let y'all know that I had an awesome experience at Bargain Furniture. I was assisted promptly by a young lady named Ingrid. She was so excited, pleasant and helpful. I am happy to say that Ingrid sold me my living room furniture and a bookshelf. It was so refreshing to me to have sales person genuinely care about my needs and not going over budget. Thank you Ingrid, Mr Marcell and all the employees at Bargain Furniture. Whoo hoo!

Updated Review: The twin bed we ordered was delivered. I immediately could tell that the mattress was not the mattress that I had picked out at the store. I called and told them at the store. They argued with me that it was indeed the same mattress that I picked out at the store. I continued to insist that it was NOT the same mattress. They continued to argue that it was the same one that it was because of the box spring that it was making noise. I knew I was wasting my breath, so I hung up. I purchased the bed because my in laws were coming into town for a visit, and we're it not for the fact that they were due to arrive a few hrs after the delivery of the bed, I would have loaded the mattress up and went and thrown it into the store, but I did not have time and needed the extra bed THAT night. We are two nights in, now and the person that is sleeping on that mattress has told me that the bed feels extremely cheap and they can hear the bed springs and that they were scared that they were going to have a spring pop and stab them in the back or the side. He says that he sinks into the middle and can hardly move around. This is ridiculous! I went to Bargain Furniture because the last bed I got from them was AMAZING. It has been 10 yrs and it is still one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever laid on AND back then I got the mattress AND the bed frame for less than half the price of what I paid for this new one. I am INCREDIBLY disappointed and will never shop at this establishment, again. I would think they would treat their repeat customers better than this, but I guess customers don't matter anymore, just profits. I left my original review, so everyone can see how deceptive the initial encounter is compared to the end result of services. I cannot believe I paid this much and am stuck with such a trash mattress. I am beyond disappointed not just with the store and the deception, but in myself for allowing myself to get duped for being trusting of the people who were once trustworthy business people. NEVER AGAIN!Just purchased a twin bed from Carlos. He was extremely helpful and personable. Great business. We actually bought another twin bed from them 10 yrs ago at their previous location. Great service back then, and still great service! Repeat customers for life here!

Me and my girlfriend bought a bed here. 2 weeks after it collapsed while we were sleeping. We went to the owner to ask if he could make it right in any way and he would not work with us at all. Now we have a broken bed that was repaired and then broke again. Don't buy from here!!!! Go somewhere that has better customer service.
