Be careful when shopping here. I bought a diamond nose ring from them and it fell out my nose. My piercer provided the bottom piece and gauge size to put the diamond on a new post and everything. Sean told me he was going to speak to his Jewler and see what he can do. I waited 3 weeks for a call back and no call. Finally when I called he jacked up the price just so they wouldn’t repair it. These people are shady. They do not represent great business. It’s all about the Money and once they have yours the customer experience is poor at best. They are on the the next dollar. THERE ARE MORE AND BETTER JEWLERS! Y’all be careful going in there.

Especially if you are a person of color which is most of their customers. They don’t appear to even like you, however they like your money. The girl in there reassured me you are purchasing a solid chain plus I had a custom piece made for my son as he lost his dad. Let’s just say I wish I would have done more research. The chain broke in a few months had to have it repaired thank God someone found the piece. I returned to them to look at me as if I’m crazy and want to charge me another ridiculous price for a chain after spending $1500 with the !!!! I would not recommend. Their booth rent shouldn’t be high, they are in Sharpstown mall!!! Shall I say anymore. Just be aware. They did not even have record. Who doesn’t keep records. SMH

Be very skeptical when purchasing any high end watch such as a Rolex from these guys. Not only did my watch have a jacked up clasp hinge that he "repaired" but I ended up getting a quality Jewler to fix correct. The watch that he said he serviced had to be re serviced by him 3 times. Really look at the watch before you buy it luckily I had a good watchmaker to fix the mixstakes I overlooked most of these watches have been parted and pieces together not good buisness especially when you spend 20 grand on a watch

Great place to buy jewelry. I worked with Z and he took great care of me. He was knowledgeable and gave me some game. Prices were competitive and quality is top notch. Definitely my go to jeweler in Houston. Oh can’t forget warranty, sizing, and cleaning all included.

My husband and I was in Sharpstown mall on Saturday, June 25, 2022 right before they were closing. We stopped by Diamonds by Plaza to inquire about a "Franko" chain. Since it was close to the close of business, "Nick" the manager stated that his other selection of jewerly that was not visible; however, he had more options upstairs but they were closed for the night. He told us to call him first thing on Monday so he could research his inventory. Great!!! We needed to purchase this as a gift by June 28th. On Monday, June 28th, I called three times, twice too many in my opinion, looking for Nick. He has two other people (a guy named Pete) and another girl that is apparently there to "brush off customers". After Pete told me twice that he would call me back in 15 minutes, I should have cut my loses but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Besides, I'm sure that there are tons of people in the mall at 1145AM on a Monday shopping for jewelry, right? After a few more hours, I called again, no Nick, No Pete, nothing. I had to quickly come to realize that it is unfortuntate they are not accustomed to actually working with professionals (an Engineer and a Teacher) and that my expections of a return call to make "them" a profit was too high. Since we were looking to make such a huge purchase, I'm so glad that this happed so that I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere. I would encourage "Nick" to invest in getting people to work for him that could put "customers first" in his absense. He may not be aware of how much business he is losing due to this type of neglect. Sorry Nick, we have to shop elsewhere for our chain because professionalism is huge for us. Regards, The Leonards
