This bank is the slowest bank I have ever been to in my life, I feel like I am in a zombie world, people here r lost in another world, they test your patience to the point where u would barf ? don’t make a mistake of going here unless u r bored n have nothing better to do in life

They did not notify customers when the bank was recently sold. Service has steadily gone downhill as their ambition to grow has ramped up. Not a bad bank at all but website customer portal is very poor and access to past records for tax purposes extremely difficult. Staff at the tellers are great.

Will never do business with this bank, terrible customer service, especially dealing with Macy.
