Bank of America once hired professional well dressed bankers. That is no longer the case. Employees at this location look like they just walked off the street of a low-class neighborhood. These clerks know nothing about banking. The only thing they can say is call someone else, I cannot do that for you. Their attitude is oh please, don't ask me a complicated question. Since I was refused proper customer service, I asked why they were no longer a full-service Bank , she stated we are, I reiterated you are definitely not full-service or customer friendly. Instead of any type of apology whatsoever she turned and walked away. What is this world coming to??
