Waited on hold with customer service for 30 minutes and was told I had to go in to the bank and they would be able to do what I needed because he couldn’t over the phone. Went in to the bank and the lady told me she couldn’t do anything and I had to do it over the phone. I deposited a check and they won’t let me use the money. This is insane.
