Bank had power and no signs on doors that it’s closed, and doors are locked! Cars in parking lot..

I leave one star because you cannot leave -5, do not come here unless it hurts wasting your time and gas money, today is 06/15/2024 this happened around 11:00 in the morning, the lady who serves is super rude and arrogant, a little less than 2 weeks ago my partner was here and opened his account. He was attended to by a very kind and helpful guy, he was delighted with the service and made an appointment for me, for reasons x I could not attend my appointment , then my partner called again to schedule an appointment and the person who attended to him was this totally incompetent lady who never made the appointment and I never received the confirmation, I went on the supposed day of my appointment and when I arrived she treated me very rudely, she didn't even give me an appointment. Good morning, he asked me for a Tx ID document that my partner was never asked for or rather a Bill, an invoice that my partner was never asked for either, I asked him why he was asking me for that if my partner had recently made an account with them and They never asked her for that, in her ineptitude, the lady defended herself by saying that it was a new legislation from February of this year and I told her - but he opened his account a week ago and the lady didn't know what to say, she stayed silent, I made a question again. appointment for next week but unfortunately I have decided not to waste my time in a bank like this anymore, also if this is how they serve you to open an account I don't want to imagine once I already have it there, this bank is definitely not the one I want I will look better for Chase Let's see if I have more luck. Definitely don't waste your valuable time here.

making me wait 45 min just to change the pin on my business card i have a business to run and here they making me wait 45 min just to do a pin change on a business account what's wrong with these people
they don't know what is priority and what is not

One of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever had. If I could give lower than 1 star I would.
When you bank here; it’s you versus the branch and the staff. They are not here to help you, or your small business.
I’ve been here 6-7 times and every single time I’m here there is a problem. Some of the reasons I’ve been turned away: (mind you I have been banking with BoA for over 30 years straight with my business)
1. Hand writing on the check was not “legible” (it was, and I can tell you it wasn’t a problem since it cleared on mobile deposit no problem)
2. It was January and my customer wrote the previous year on accident, so I said fine, went back to his store hit him to fix the date. Then when I returned they said they couldn’t take it since the company full name wasn’t written, “GM Exports” is what my customer wrote. They said it needed to say “GM Exports Inc” . So I go back, got my customer to rewrite this again. And finally I come back 1 min before close, they tell me”oh sorry we can’t take it since it’s obvious you wrote that”
Asked to speak the manager, who then doubled down and says he won’t accept my check since it’s clear I wrote it. That’s right. The actual bank manger said this to me.
You can look my name up, I’m not a serial negative review leaver. But this crossed the line for me. You are messing with my business and livelihood. May this branch close soon with gods will.
Find another bank and run away from here.

The worse unorganized location I have ever been to. I wanted to put zero stars but is not an option. If you’re a business customer you have to wait like every other customer. The lines are long and what’s the point of having a section for business client that is never properly utilized. Smh Bank of America needs to do better.

Really not a fan of this bank since they screwed my home mortgage loan from 2020 when they submitted the loan AFTER my day day earnest money period and not even their corporate management was of ANY assistance. On my last visit here they had me sign the checks and THEN told ne they couldn't deposit them because the first name was misspelled. Just incompetent.

The open at 9 but The amount of time you wait in line for 1 teller to be open you might as well wait for a location that opens at 10am. 15 ppl in line I waited 25 mins smh.

This bank I'm in never works for me, I can't do anything at the ATMs or withdraw or save anything, I go inside the bank to services and they don't know how to respond, they look for the solution. What if I want to do it inside and well I need the ATM outside, and well the truth is, the bank doesn't work or anything.
