By Far the worst Bank of America in the Nation. Everyone is rude, condescending and neglectful. The business line never has anyone working it. This Bank deserves to be closed for good. Bank of America look into this matter it's been going on for years.

This Bank of America is pure trash. All the previous bad reviews are true. They have employee working here that simply just does not want to help customer. My father came here to access his safety deposit box, he was the only customer in the bank and waiting area. They told him that he will have to wait 2 hours to access his Safety Deposit Box that he pay for. 100% Stay away from this location

I just left this location worst service ever. My visit was to process a wire, when I arrived the lobby leader told me to have a sit someone will assist me. I waited 20 minutes so that the branch Manager Dazuree Beaudion to tell I need to have an appointment to get assisted with this wire. REALLY.... I WOULD OF UNDERSTAND IF IT WAS BUSY, BUT IT WAS ME ANOTHER CLIENT. I FELT SHE WAS RACIST SINCE IM HISPANIC, SHE WAS SO RUDE TO ME.... I'm a preferred client and been with boa for many years. This is not the first time they do this to me. I have to drive north so another center can assist me. I went to the Louetta location and their service super different from this place. They treated me with high standards and they were able to help me out with my wire. With no appointments. I will get this escalated to her market manager and media if possible.

Very bz and not enough tellers to assist. 1st visit and this is ridiculous ? ?. And they charge for not having an acct,but, their it's their bank check from another issuer!

Came in on Tuesday around 1pm to re-set my debit card pin since I had replaced it and couldn’t use it till I re-set it and Roger said it would be a 2 hr wait since I was a walk which I understand but I had an appointment elsewhere so I left and when I was done with my other appointment I went back (about 1hr later) and I was told they no longer accept walk-ins by the same person and closest appointment was until the following week on Wednesday …. I called another branch in the willowbrook to see if they still accepted walk in and they said no branch stops accepting walking till closing at 5pm… Smh I drove to the willowbrook location and they helped me out with no issues within 5 minutes I was in and out

I spent 1 hour waiting for them to fix the address of a warehouse and after that hour they came out that there were 3 more people ahead of me and I would have to wait about 20 more. If goods I would have to wait longer if not I would have to wait almost 3 hours to fix an address... THE STAFF LACKS COLMIOS

They don’t have restrooms for customers who do business with them. You can be here to hours and easily lose your spot if you need to go to the bathroom. Bank of America has to do better for its customers. Especially with long wait time. Horrible service. First the long wait to checkin now long wait for assistance and no bathroom. I have been here 2 freaking hours. Plus the ladies at the front entrance just gossip about customers. No professionalism!
