None of the atms work. They always open late and close early. No matter what time or day you go. There's always a line out the door and around the building.

Waist time for nothing poor service
Waiting 30 mins the cashier sulema just talk with Juan behind the window to make a deposit and finally can’t. Make that deposit I’m so close to change my accounts to another bank

I was so very unhappy with the young lady who was working the front desk 11/2/23 @ 4 pmWent in to try and set up my mobile device for online she was very very rude .Putting all my info out there where all customers could here my login passwordThis is very unprofessional with a attitudeShe stands maybe 5 ft very very skinny.At any time someone is to help a customer deal with their passwords and codes it should be behind closed doors not in front of peopleI will never return to this location again

Terrible location, I was waiting to do a wire transfer and when it was my turn they told me that they couldn't attend to me and that's why I needed to have an appointment because they don't have much staff, the appointment could be given to me within a week.

I don't go inside as much but when I do they always have a big line and only two windows open.

Shockingly horrible. All workers need to be retrained or the location should be closed. Workers do not answer the phone. When inside the location, they are not helpful (including the branch manager).Based on the other reviews, my experience is normal and this is unacceptable.

I havent came to this Bank of America in years i finally stop by to pull out some money, went through the Drive thru no ATMs work. Got off to the other ATM that one didnt work neither. Then i see cars clueless i dont think anyone was working if you ask me. At least put a sign Not working. 2 weeks later i call to see if there ATM work still no answer of coarse.
