This location is not open on Saturdays, even though it say it is on the BOA website and on the door to the building. I went to this location on Oct. 5, 2024 a little before 11am. The door was locked. I used my debit card to get it. There was no one there. All the doors to the office rooms were closed with the lights off. A couple other people also came to talk to someone at the bank while I was there. They should change the hours on the website, and on their door, if no one will be there on Saturdays.

I came all the way driving 2 hours because it does say they're open , to find out in the end they are closed

I don’t understand why people are trashing this place. Yes, it’s a bit difficult to find, but it’s clean and safe. You enter using your bank card.There are multiple ATM’s. I haven’t used the virtual assistants yet.

Standard non human bank :) multiple ATM machines (3) and never dirty or broken down. I will return! To access, you must park in the plaza parking lot and then walk to location. Not far at all. Also, you must use your card and pin # to open the door. It is controlled access. -R

Some Video chat screens did not work. Ones that did were unable to provide necessary service. Felt strange discussing my personal bank details on speakerphone in a room with strangers

Showed up to make a deposit at 4 and they were already closed. IF YOU’RE NOT OPEN UNTIL 5 THEN PUT A TIME ON THE DOOR AND THE CORRECT TIME ONLINE!!! Ridiculous that this place can’t even handle the most simplest task: correcting your hours for customers.
