One star for the customer services of this branch ( Houston Down Town Financial Center). I want to withdraw some money. The teller and another person standing in the branch said the supervisor is not available and needs approval to proceed. Not sure when the supervisor is coming. Then I asked to issue me a cashiers check for the amount. They said still need their supervisor’s approval. I decided to go yo different branch.I said to them I was not satisfied with service they provided and no point to wait without knowing when I get money/cashier's check. I left the branch.I usually do my finances online but to get cash I have to go there. BOA management should do something to make that branch better place. I have seen lots of negative comment on this branch.Next day, I went to another branch - Katy Nelson way. Believe it, total time I spent to get my money was less than 5 minutes. Definitely not feeling the customer service I received today. I’m a business owner and went to make a withdrawal guessing black women can’t make withdrawals from their accounts without being questioned as if I’m a “scammer”. Had absolutely no problems at a different branch. Crazy thing is all my business funds are direct deposit not even checks being deposited. Definitely almost made me want to close my account! Won’t EVER go to this branch again!

The web site advertised 24hr ATM but the machine is in the lobby of the Financial Center building and after a certain time of night the door is locked, and the guard will tell you that it's closed. What a inconvenience rode public transportation to get there for nothing what a waste of time

I never had any problems with Bank of America. The customer service always OK. I like that my check cash the next day. I wish that they had more lobbies.

This is the worst place to hold your funds. I was robbed of my stimulus check and was told the most they could do to help me was close the account to trace where they money was sent. It's been two years later, and I still haven't gotten a resolution. Apparently, my account was hacked, and they never found my funds or the person who hacked it. I personally think it was a teller. Was also forced to change banks and phone company. Have NEVER had these issues before and haven't trusted a bank since. They are clearly racist and/or stereotypical.

This is the worst bank. I don't even know why it's staffed. They tell you to your face to go away and use the app. I tried to order foreign currency and two employees talking to each other told me to go use the app. I also ordered checks and after not receiving the boxes 8 days after they were mailed, they just told me they have no way of finding the checks and the mailing process will take at least two weeks!!!! Mail hasn't taken 2 weeks for about a decade now. Customer service at this bank is why people hate banks.

I have no idea why I see in here so many concerns. I returned to our place 15 minutes ago after visiting this branch.Let me tell you! I was treated as a King!In 10 minutes I received so much important information, and learned amazing and very useful things.They are BEST!!!?

When I was going to this office of BOA, I was a little disappointed by previous reviews and was ready for bad service. But workers there are really nice and helpful, solved my problem for one day and gave me detailed information about what I was asking for. Thank you for your help!
