You use your BofA card in order to get in and there’s 3 ATMs available to use. Fast/easy to use and clean. Very convenient :)

Definitely loved this BOFA ! You do have to scan your own debit card for entry. Looks great and clean !

Fast, and very nice service. Doors are locked for security reasons, you have to use your bank of america card to unlock the door and enter the building people! There’s a card reader/scanner next to the door. In and out in 5 minutes. (Everything is VIRTUAL and yes they have ATM)

I got here at 9 on a Saturday and waited outside the door for 20 mins. Unfortunately I read the other reviews too late, seems like a year later this location still cannot get to work on time.

I have not had a massage for awhile since COVID, and this place made me feel safe and comfortable. I really love this location because it is clean, and the staff is very kind and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxing. My massage therapist was Shaan, and he did an amazing job on my back and shoulders. He asked me what pressure I wanted and if there was a particular area I wanted him to work on. I am extremely satisfied with my massage and highly recommend this place!

It is 9:08 am on a Saturday with nobody in sight to run this bank. Funny how the hours are stated 9am to 3pm on Saturdays. Useless.
