I had a wonderful experience getting a custom suit here. My girlfriend offered the option to me as a birthday gift, and the gift never stopped given the excellent service I received from Monica and the rest of the staff every time I came in, for the initial consult, for my fitting, and for my final pickup. Their communication was excellent, and they never failed to leave me feeling like I was less than taken care of at any time. The final result is a gorgeous suit that fits me as well as one could, and even if I lose weight and need some work done on it in the coming year, they offer a year of free alteration. I could not recommend Balani and Monica enough.

I was considering purchasing a tuxedo and randomly came across Balani. When I arrived, I met with Monica, who took me through the entire process showing me numerous options and pricing levels. It was totally customized from start to finish from fabrics to customer service. When I picked up the final product, I was blown away by the quality and craftsmanship and it truly made me want to shop there for all my formal and dress wear needs. My experience with Monica at BALANI was absolutely everything I could want it to be. Not only did she make sure the suit was completely customized to my likings. She educated me on all the intricacies of customization and the designs, styles, fabrics, where they’re from, how they’re made etc. she made sure I knew what I was choosing was what I wanted. Was blown away by the professionalism and attention to detail. Monica is a credit to the company. I would implore anyone looking for any custom clothes to walk through those Balani doors and enjoy the results, the variety of choice's are insane. Balani 10/10, Monica 11/10.

Daphnie helped me design my suit to the exact specifications I wanted for my wedding. She gave top tier and honest advice of what looked good and in my price range! I don’t have a lot of money so a custom suit seemed out of reach but Balani came through!! 10/10 service 10/10 clothes 10/10 on speed of getting my suit I think it took like 5 weeks for a custom Italian suit!! My mind was blown.

Her customer service, knowledge of fabrics/designs and genuine care for who walks through the door is something special. I recently got a tux for my wedding with Monica, and it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for with no alterations needed at pick up.
