You know... I've been waiting for RENTAL ASSISTANCE OR UTILITY ASSISTANCE 4 years. I'm told to put in a new application because you need it in updated paper that was what, made in the current year.You think my needs changed drastically because you celebrated NEW YEARS?The only thing that changed was the price of eggs. It tripled!!!!!My income did not change, my mental health did not improve, my facing eviction did not stop, and I continued to work, I even changed my underwear.But if you don't have the funding to help with the needs of the community, then why are we paying you. That's a lot of profit, for a non-profit.Does this constitute an EMERGENCY NEED FOR A HOMELESS MOTHER AND 4 CHILDREN?Any guidance or assistance at this time, would be helpful. Actually, no...I need help not another number or agency to call.

My whole purpose was to file for the 2021 tax season. For some reason, they told me they couldn't allow me to file for 2021. Even though there's was a sign saying, " We can file for years 2019 - 2022." More than one person is looking at your paperwork. But, they don't have time to file my 2021 tax return.

We had help completely my elderly moms (94) taxes to receive her stimulus and their staff was incredibly helpful and services were beyond compare keeping my mom at ease.

This is my go-to spot for early voting,and this year, Voting Day. The photo I took was taken about 90 minutes before polls closed in March 2022 for the primaries. This photo is one for those voting for one particular party, whereas the line for the other political party was quite short. They are well staffed with helpful volunteers who direct, encourage,and thank you for voting. It's so organized. Aside from voting, this center does great things for the community and their changing needs. The avenues of addressing these needs varies as government policies change. This makes me even more committed to voting here. They do so much for Harris county, and the least I can do is show up to vote. Grateful for Ripley and all who actualize it.
