Bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee with low mileage and a great price. The process was seamless except I was only given one key fob, which I later discovered was broken. The dealership did not seem to care as they failed to respond back to me after numerous phone calls and emails.

My car was making a roaring sound only during acceleration and I was terrified at what it could mean. As usual I decided it would have to be assessed professionally so I made an appointment with Baker Nissan: the process is quite simple.
I selected Najee Rashad, Jr as the Service Representative. Mr. Najee exemplified true customer service something that I believe has been lost in our society today.
Not to share too much personal information: I am single, retired female and those factors alone bring anxiety when considering decisions related to a failing vehicle.
Mr. Najee was Professional; Considerate; Knowledgeable and Kind.
He took time to explain everything: the outcome of the diagnostic test and then provided a detailed description of concerns requiring service.
The initial issue with the car was identified and repaired.
Then a plan of progressive maintenance to my vehicle was discussed and laid out for service in the future to keep my car at its highest functioning capacity.
I always take my car to Baker because they offer esthetically pleasing waiting area with snacks and coffee/water.
My waiting time has always been within reason and verbal updates are as frequent as necessary.
I didn’t purchase my Rogue from Baker, however, Baker Nissan is the only service provider that I will allow to service my automobile.
Baker Nissan please continue to provide honest and service with integrity because we single women and senior women need a place to take our vehicles so that they can be repaired and running smoothly.

Fantastic job done by all. First of all on a previous visit Yamet informed us that tires would be needed soon so when our next service was due on our Pathfinder we call ahead to Yamet made an appointment for the service and inquired about the tires and we were told that the set was sold that morning so Damon in the parts department ordered a set for us and by the time we got there the next day the tires were there and the services were preformed and tires put on. Thanks guys GREAT JOB…..
