AWT and specifically Johnny P. were great to work with. We ran into unexpected delays that were out of AWT control. They keep me updated regularly and also presented options when needed. I would work with AWT again and recommend them to others.

Bought a skyjacker lift tires and wheels. I pulled the Jeep in the garage and opened the packages for the lift tonight getting ready for the morning install. I had questions with the part numbers that didn’t match. It didn’t take Johnny Phillip’s long at all to answer me back and then to get me the correct info needed. Awesome customer service. I will do business with these guys again. I wish I lived closer.Texas-NY

Wife bought me a fold down table for the tailgate of my jeep. It was for a different model jeep, but Johnny at AWT happily took it back and traded it in for the right model even though it had been several months. Great customer service!

Have to share my great customer experience just now specifically with Johnny Phillips via their Facebook live chat. I do not own a Jeep, however have been searching exhaustively for a specific truck tire which is reportedly being discontinued by manufacturer and came across their website. Johnny answered my inquiries very quickly and confirmed he had 4 in stock and ready to ship out immediately. He then confirmed he saw my order come through and that he’d provide me tracking info next day for my tires. I highly recommend this company.

Johnny was awesome. Was able to order the parts I wanted for my jeep YJ and get an appointment on the schedule for one week later to do the install. Go my jeep back one day later with my new lift, tires, wheels, and steering stabilizer. Saved me a ton of time, work was done well and I feel like it was done at a very fair price. Thanks Johnny and the rest of the crew over at AWT. I’ll be back for future installs.

Started on their website and used the chat service which turned out to be an actual human at their store. Went in a day later to met with Johnny. Very glad I did! He hooked me up with a great deal on some wheels and tires with a 3” Zone Off-road lift for my Wrangler. I’m stoked. Looks and rides great. Eventually I’ll upgrade the shocks but knew that going into the deal. And of course I’ll use Johnny and AWT Off-road when I do!
