Why do I have to wait over more than 1 hour for assistance and no one answers, plus I've left many messages through the beginning of 2023 and have not received any phone call back, this is for my mother. Ever since Aveanna took over for Medco it's just been a disaster.

Please avoid getting their services AVOID A HUGE HEADACHE AND FRUSTRATION!I have had soooooooo many problems with the medical supplies and to get someone from customer service is a nightmare. Long hours on the phone and they still don't help at all.

I have been dealing with this company for the past 7 years. They went from epic to now Aveanna. Guess from the management to the customer service are unprofessional.few customer representative are good. The owner and management need to do a good job. I am looking for a better company that will serve my needs.
